BREAKING: ABC News Forced to Issue Yet ANOTHER Correction, This Time For…

It seems ABC News is on a roll these days with all the “fake news” they keep pumping out left and right with reckless abandon.

Just a few days ago the network made a huge mess of things when reporting on the investigation by special counsel Robert Mueller into supposed collusion between Trump and Russia. Former national security adviser Michael Flynn “flipped” and agreed to plead guilty to lying to the FBI to get a reduced penalty in exchange for information about Trump.

ABC took the statement and ran with it, blasting it all over the Internet that Flynn had more or less stated that the president had ordered him to make contact with Russia. However, ABC conveniently left out the part where Trump had said he wanted Flynn to reach out to the Russians to discuss how to take on ISIS.

Yeah, kind of an important detail, don’t you think? Surely this tidbit of information wasn’t left out because the media is heavily anti-Trump or anything, right? No, not here in America. Insert an eye roll here.

Well, ABC News is yet again being forced to issue a correction in regards to this same topic. Their batting average for accuracy is going to take a serious dip after all of this.

The Daily Wire is reporting:

ABC News reported on Monday that Mueller’s team claimed that Paul Manafort worked with a Russian intel official as recently as last week — a claim that was not accurate, as the correction noted that the person was a “Russian intelligence-connected individual.” The difference could be significant — although a stupid move by Manafort either way — because a “Russian intel official” is a government official while a “Russian intelligence-connected individual” might not be.

According to ABC News, Mueller’s team said, ““Manafort worked on the draft with a long-time Russian colleague of Manafort’s, who is currently based in Russia and assessed to have ties to a Russian intelligence service.”

This is the second embarrassing correction ABC News has had to make in just the last few days.

And folks on the left wonder why the overwhelming majority of Americans don’t trust the mainstream media networks? Well, here’s your answer. There’s a total lack of journalistic integrity and honesty in the way modern news is reported by large outlets.

When something is inaccurately reported, whether by mistake or by a desire to purposefully push a political agenda, these networks should take care of the problem right away, not let it sit there all day spreading misinformation.

The American people have made it clear with the election of Donald Trump to the presidency that politics as usual is over. No one is going to allow the media to get away with dishonesty any more.

It’s time for the media to do it’s job and report the facts without the agenda, allowing Americans to make up their own minds about the issues of the day.
