This is a tragic situation so I will go easy on this moron Alec Baldwin, the washed up actor that portrayed President Trump on the crappy liberal show Saturday Night Live.

Baldwin killed a cinematographer and wounded the director on a set of a film in New Mexico, according to reports.

I have to say though that it’s obvious this idiot hasn’t got a clue about how to safely handle firearms.

I mean, he literally had to point the gun and pull the trigger, right?

What a freaking idiot.

Alec Baldwin is in serious trouble for the murder while shooting the film ‘RUST’ in New Mexico.

Today it was announced that the outcome of whether charges will be brought in the fatal shooting on the set of Alec Baldwin’s film “Rust” in New Mexico in 2021 will be announced on Thursday.

“Regardless of the District Attorney’s decision, the announcement will be a solemn occasion, made in a manner keeping with the office’s commitment to upholding the integrity of the judicial process and respecting the victim’s family,” Santa Fe First Judicial District Attorney Mary Carmack-Altwies and special prosecutor Andrea Reeb said in a statement released Wednesday.

Halyna Hutchins, 42, who was working as a cinematographer, was fatally by Baldwin during an accident while he was practicing using a Colt .45 revolver on set. Director Joel Souza was also injured in the shooting.

According to a search warrant affidavit, Souza reported that Baldwin was pointing the revolver towards the camera lens while sitting in a pew in the church practicing his cross draw, facing the camera crew when the shooting occurred.

The film’s first assistant director, Dave Halls, had given the gun to Baldwin while saying “cold gun” to indicate that it was not loaded, as per the search warrant affidavit. Hutchins was killed by a live round inside the gun, as stated by the authorities.

Santa Fe County Sheriff Adan Mendoza, who led the initial investigation into Hutchins’ death, described “a degree of neglect” on the film set. But he left decisions about potential criminal charges to prosecutors after delivering the results of a yearlong investigation in October. That report did not specify how live ammunition wound up on the film set.

Hutchins’ death has influenced negotiations over safety provisions in film crew union contracts with Hollywood producers and spurred other filmmakers to choose computer-generated imagery of gunfire rather than real weapons with blank ammunition to minimize risks.
