It seems that Hillary just cannot operate in an above-board fashion.  Installment number 3 by Project Veritas’ James O’Keefe just dropped Monday morning as promised.  It seems that Hillary Clinton personally ordered a consultant to use a nonprofit group to troll the Trump campaign using a ‘Donald Duck’ mascot, according to the Democratic operatives who say they arranged it with a nonprofit organization. It also appears that YouTube may have been actively blocking Project Veritas from uploading additional material.  Are they for sale like the mainstream media and actively shilling for Clinton Campaign?

No doubt this action is damning and is considered a black-letter violation of federal election law. The law prohibits presidential campaigns from coordinating activities with outside groups.  This is to prevent these groups from collecting unlimited ‘dark money’ from contributors and then not paying taxes on what they collect. It seems that the leftist progressive nonprofit group, Americans United for Change, was enlisted to carry out this assignment by the Clinton campaign.

 

Important to note — AUFC is tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(4) of the federal tax code.  This allows for the unlimited collection of monies while electioneering as long as the group shows no propensity to advocate for or against any particular candidate. Neither do they have to publicly identify any of their donors.  This is a distinction from a Super PAC.  SuperPACs must disclose all income sources but have the ability to electioneer more aggressively.  The Federal Election Commission expressly prohibits back and forth communications where a tangible dollar amount is tied to it.  This has resulted in O’Keefe and Project Veritas in filing a formal complaint with the Federal Election Commission against Hillary Clinton’s campaign and the Democratic National Committee.

The AUFC’s duck costume has become a permanent fixture in front of Trump Tower and at all of Trump’s campaign events in recent months. O’Keefe states in the video – ‘If it looks like a duck, if it walks like a duck, and if it sounds like a duck … then it’s probably a duck. They broke the law.’

The money that was spent to buy the duck costume, pay staff to wear it at specific times, as well as the publicity for each campaign stunt would be considered an illegal campaign contribution to Hillary for America.  If I recollect correctly, didn’t Dinesh D’Souza go to jail for illegal campaign contributions? Oh, but I forgot! He’s Republican so that’s ok according to the Left….silly me!

The Obama administration and the Hillary campaign as well as the Mainstream Media have tried very hard to cast doubt on the videos, accusing O’Keefe of selective editing and a host of other supposed “crimes.” O’Keefe himself states – “It’s going to be very hard for them to deny. They’re going to have to obfuscate, attack me personally, or completely ignore this video. It’s pretty damning, and Donna Brazile’s name comes up too, as involved.”

Previous installments dealt with “bird dogging” and voter fraud. They showed Democrats inciting riots and violence by using trained provocateurs at Republican events throughout the United States during the 2016 Presidential election, including at several Donald Trump rallies.  O’Keefe spoke with Scott Foval, National Field Director for Americans United for Change, and Creamer, founder of Democracy Partners, along with several activists.

 

‘In the end, it was the candidate, Hillary Clinton, the future president of the United States, who wanted ducks on the ground. So by God we would get ducks on the ground,’ Creamer says in the video.

Creamer is a man that the current White House administration under Obama has denied any knowledge of, except the White House log shows that he has visited the White House at least 340 times – 45 of those times have been directly with President Obama, leading Senator Ted Cruz to demand a criminal investigation.

Creamer is married to a representative from Illinois, Jan Schakowski — And SURPRISE — Schakowski is a Democrat! They both live in Evanston, Illinois according to The Chicago Sun-Times.
