If there is one damn thing that Republicans and Democrats should agree on it is holding perverts that sexually abuse children responsible for their actions and should sentenced to the furthest extent of the law, right?

Unfortunately Democrats and the radical left are sick in the head and couldn’t give a crap about ANYTHING but power.

There are several reports that democrats are pedophiles and are bring children across the border to be sex slaves.

I can’t confirm it at this point but if my record stands on what at this time is considered a conspiracy theory we will be proven right once again.

I’m batting 1000 but was targeted by Social media giants who work with the government and destroyed my business, even though everything I have reported has eventually come true.

Here’s the sickening report and it will make your blood boil.

In a truly revolting and disgusting miscarriage of justice, a Sanilac County Circuit Court judge in Michigan has just recently granted visitation and joint custody arrangements of an 8-year-old boy to the convicted rapist that violently attacked the child’s mother 9 years prior that resulted in his conception.

27-year-old Christopher Mirasolo of Brown City, Michigan was granted joint legal custody of the minor child by Judge Gregory S. Ross. after a DNA test confirmed that he was indeed the child’s biological father.  The mother and victim is seeking protection from this atrocious order under the federal Rape Survivor Child Custody Act with a hearing scheduled for Oct. 25. This decision marks the first of its kind in Michigan, and potentially the nation.

Not only did Judge Ross commit a grievous error putting a child in the care of a known sex offender and further victimizing the victim of a brutal crime, but further compounded the issue by releasing the victim’s home address to Mirasolo as well as ordering that the rapist’s name be added to the birth certificate, all without notification, consent, or even a hearing for the rape victim.

According to the victim’s attorney, Rebecca Kiessling tells the story of her client’s brutal encounter with Mirasolo when she was just 12 years old. Mirasolo forcibly raped and threatened to kill the victim when he was 18 years old in September of 2008.

“This is insane. Nothing has been right about this since it was originally investigated. He was never properly charged and should still be sitting behind bars somewhere, but the system is victimizing my client, who was a child herself when this all happened.

She, her 13-year-old sister and a friend all slipped out of their house one night to meet a boy and the boy’s older friend, Mirasolo, showed up and asked if they wanted to go for a ride. They thought they were going to McDonald’s or somewhere.

Instead, he tossed their cellphones away, drove to Detroit where he stole gas from a station and then drove back to Sanilac County, where he kept them captive for two days in a vacant house near a relative, finally releasing the older sister in a park. He threatened to kill them if they told anyone what happened.”

She is now 21 years old and trying to raise her son to the best of her ability, getting pregnant as a result of the brutal attack.  Mirasolo served a mere six and a half months in jail after being convicted of third-degree criminal sexual conduct. Mirasolo was arrested a month later when the victim discovered she was pregnant by her rapist. Rather than abort her child, this woman chose life deciding that she did not want the “baby to be a victim too.”  She left school at that point to live with relatives, working to support herself and her child. It is unknown if she was able to return to school after her son was born.

In March 2010, Mirasolo returned to his disgusting ways and raped yet another girl between 13 and 15 years.  He served four years in prison for that crime. And this is the animal that this Michigan judge wants to turn an 8-year-old boy over too? Or subject his victim to have contact with?

Who could consider this a sane decision?
