We Americans LOVE our burgers and who doesn’t? Well, of course vegetarians but they don’t need to be concerned about this information. Check this out.

Back in 2013 a scandal that horrified millions of meat eaters erupted in the UK.

From frozen Bologna to Ikea meatballs, scientists discovered that millions were not eating what they thought they were eating. They were eating horse meat!

Well now researchers say the problem may be global after discovering traces of horse meat in common food products found right here in the USA! Say it ain’t so!

According to two new surveys, 20 per cent of ground meat sold in the US contains more than what is on the label.

Researchers in Chapman University’s Food Science Program in California have published two studies on meat mislabelling in consumer commercial products.

I generally don’t eat fast food burgers but I DO eat a lot of them at home. I mean, what’s more American than barbecuing up some burgers and dogs, throwing back a few brewskies and kicking it with family and friends, right? So, for now I won’t let this stop me from partaking but I sure don’t want to be eating a horse lol!
