Breaking! Active Shooter At UCLA, 2 Confirmed Dead… Here’s What We Know

UCLA Campus students were placed on lockdown on Wednesday morning when a gunman opened fired on campus.   2 students have have been shot, it is unclear at this time the severity of the wounds.   The FBI, ATF and LAPD responded to shots fired on the campus of UCLA.

The shooter was wearing a black jacket and black pants according to students and faculty who witnessed the shootings.   LAPD placed the city on a tactical alert and shifted hundreds of officers to the westwood campus and surrounding areas.  No motive has been not been clear as of yet, according to the LAPD.

The shooting happened in the engineering lab on the UCLA campus, students and faculty are being told to shelter in place.

“Shooting at Engineering 4. Go to secure location and deny entry (lockdown) now!”

Sources have indicated that a suicide note has been found near 2 students who were shot. Police are currently going building to building in search of a white male wearing a black jacket and black pants.
