The case that scumbag DA Alvin Bragg has brought against PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP is a complete sham.

There is NO case- PERIOD.

A FREAKING WITCH HUNT!

It’s purely politically motivated trash to interfere with the 2024 Presidential election.

Not to mention everyone involved absolutely HATE Trump- including the judge and his family.

Anthony Smith at GOP Newsfeed reports that New York Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchan is the presiding judge in the case brought against Donald Trump by Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg.

He already has one case against Trump under his belt, which did not work out very well for the Trump family.

It’s not a secret that this judge has it out for Trump.

He’s a Biden loving COMMUNIST and will let this sham case play out.

It’s sickening.

Family Ties

Trump has already taken his shot at Merchan, posting on Truth Social:

“The Judge “assigned” to my Witch Hunt Case, a “Case” that has NEVER BEEN CHARGED BEFORE, HATES ME. His name is Juan Manuel Marchan, was hand picked by Bragg & the Prosecutors, & is the same person who “railroaded” my 75 year old former CFO, Allen Weisselberg, to take a “plea” deal (Plead GUILTY, even if you are not, 90 DAYS, fight us in Court, 10 years (life!) in jail. He strong armed Allen, which a judge is not allowed to do, & treated my companies, which didn’t “plead,” VICIOUSLY. APPEALING!”

It is now being reported that Merhan has indirect ties to the Biden and Kamala Harris campaigns.

The sleuths have been doing some digging, and they found that his daughter, Loren Merchan, worked for the Kamala Harris campaign in 2020.

Now, according to the reports from Slay News as well as numerous other outlets she works for a company that lists the Biden-Harris campaign as a client.

As if that was not bad enough, she also has a position on her profile working for Authentic Campaigns.

This website for the organization has an article attacking Trump for “scamming people online.”

And her daddy will be presiding over the Trump case, so you tell me how much of a shot that Trump has of a fair trial.

PRESIDENT TRUMP HAS PLENTY TO SAY ABOUT THIS BASELESS WITCH HUNT.
