Sassy Liberty AMERICA’S FREEDOM FIGHTERS –

Yet more evidence is emerging about just how far gone the American mainstream media is.

It seems the propaganda has never been more apt as it seems this is all they know how to issue, much in line with the Communist ideology. An NBC News reporter claims to have “independent confirmation“ CNN’s now-debunked report on Wikileaks and the Trump campaign previously submitted his stories to the Central Intelligence Agency (“CIA”) for review prior to publication.

Documents obtained by The Intercept reveal NBC’s Ken Dilanian,  former Tribune Media national security reporter and currently of NBC’s investigative news network, had also promised the CIA positive press coverage in the past. According to the Intercept, Dilanian “routinely submitted drafts and detailed summaries of his stories to CIA press handlers prior to publication,” while working for the Los Angeles Times.

Emails reveal the extent of their relationship.  One email to a CIA press officer shows Dilanian explaining how he would like to solicit the CIA’s assistance in selling former president Barrack Obama’s controversial drone-bombing policy to the American public.

According to Dilanian’s email –

“I’m working on a story about congressional oversight of drone strikes that can present a good opportunity for you guys…Not only would such a story be reassuring to the public, I would think, but it would also be an opportunity to explore the misinformation about strikes that sometimes comes out of local media reports. It’s one thing for you to say three killed instead of 15, and it’s another for Congressional aides from both parties to back you up. Part of what this story will do, if you can help be [sic] bring it fruition, is quote Congressional officials saying that great care is taken to avoid collateral damage and that the reports of widespread civilian casualties are simply wrong.”

Yet another email from Dilanian there was an exchange with a CIA agent on a story about the intelligence agency’s presence in Yemen.  Dilanian sent a draft of his story prior to publication with the message in the subject line stating – “does this look better?”

In yet a third email Dilanian wash fishing for a means that would allow the CIA to flat out lie about a particular scenario, stating –

“And you wouldn’t put out disinformation on this would you? If it was true and you didn’t want to confirm it, you’d say “No comment?” I ask only because covert operations are supposed to be deniable, right?”

Initial reports of Dilanian’s CIA collusion were released and rather than addressing the issue, Dilanian doubled down reprimanding the Tribune’s current Washington bureau chief, David Lauter, stating –

“We have a very clear rule that has been in place for quite a few years that tells reporters not to share copies of stories outside the newsroom. I am disappointed that the emails indicate that Ken may have violated that rule.”

This latest proof of collusion between the mainstream media and US government intelligence agencies is likely to draw out intense scrutiny amid the ongoing claims of #FakeNews that continue to grow louder as ratings continue to sink. They just do not seem to grasp why the American public holds them in such abject contempt.
