I’ll start off by admitting that I live in California. I was born here and with the exception of living for a year in Hawaii, have remained here.

Yeah, I know. What in the hell am I doing here in freaking COMMIELAND?

Well, look. California was a beautiful place to grow up in back in the day.

Where I live is Trump country with hardly any libs and you would be surprised at how many Conservatives there are here.

That being said, we have a democrat governor who is completely out of control.

The dude is insane.

His latest item on his Communist agenda is nothing new but he’s taking his fight against the 2nd Amendment to a new level.

Commie scumbag Gavin Newsom is pissed off about what Texas has accomplished in regards to ABORTION so he’s having a liberal meltdown.

The Governor said he is outraged and that he may work on a retaliation bill allowing people to sue over firearms manufacturing.

Here’s the latest garbage he’s pulling:

SACRAMENTO – Governor Gavin Newsom today issued the following statement regarding the Supreme Court Decision allowing Texas’s ban on most abortion services to remain in place:

“I am outraged by yesterday’s U.S. Supreme Court decision allowing Texas’s ban on most abortion services to remain in place, and largely endorsing Texas’s scheme to insulate its law from the fundamental protections of Roe v. Wade.”

“But if states can now shield their laws from review by the federal courts that compare assault weapons to Swiss Army knives, then California will use that authority to protect people’s lives, where Texas used it to put women in harm’s way.”

“I have directed my staff to work with the Legislature and the Attorney General on a bill that would create a right of action allowing private citizens to seek injunctive relief, and statutory damages of at least $10,000 per violation plus costs and attorney’s fees, against anyone who manufactures, distributes, or sells an assault weapon or ghost gun kit or parts in the State of California.”

“If the most efficient way to keep these devastating weapons off our streets is to add the threat of private lawsuits, we should do just that.”
