Americas Freedom Fighters are determined to do whatever it takes to end this sickening pandemic of child pornography and we believe that bringing as many of these cases to the spotlight it may very well make a difference. We owe it to our innocent children and we will never stop fighting!

Well, it is extremely rare that we report about a law enforcement officer that was convicted of molesting a little girl but that is exactly what happened.

Very sad…

A former Philadelphia police lieutenant was sentenced to just under a year to two years in the Bucks County Correctional Facility for sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl in 2017.

Richard Michael Frank, 51, was convicted of indecent assault, endangering the welfare of a child and corruption of minors by a Bucks County Jury on Dec. 2, 2021, following a 4-day trial.

Before Frank was sentenced, the victim and her parents gave emotional victim impact statements. The victim’s mother told Common Pleas Judge Raymond F. McHugh, “Thank you for allowing our family to have a voice in this matter.” The victim’s mother said Frank used his position of authority to abuse the victim, saying “he thought he was above the law.”

The victim said she “was determined to make sure that he would not do this to anyone else.” Describing the victim as “a brave, young lady who got stronger as the trial progressed,” McHugh sentenced Frank to one year less one day to two years less one day in the county correctional facility.

In addition to incarceration, Frank will be required to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life. Detective James Schirmer with the Upper Southampton Police Department began investigating in September 2019 when a report of suspected child abuse was filed.

The victim, a juvenile under the age of thirteen, was interviewed at the Bucks County Children’s Advocacy Center and detailed the sexual abuse by Frank that happened in July and August of 2017 while Frank was supervising the child.

Frank was arrested in October 2019. Frank was a Philadelphia Police Officer from 1999 until the date of his arrest. This case was investigated by Upper Southampton Police Detective James Schirmer and was prosecuted by Deputy District Attorney Monica W. Furber.

Well, the sentence imposed on this former police officer seems to be extremely light in my opinion.

Just under a year to two years in county jail-not prison for sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl?

Something doesn’t feel right about this but I guess it is what it is.?

We send our best wishes to this young girl.

Her life has been changed forever.

Sad…

Obviously we don’t support this particular police officer just like we don’t support the corrupt heads of our main Law Enforcement agencies or any rogue officers but unfortunately there are always bad actors as we have witnessed in the relentless attacks against President Trump, his family, associates and supporters.
