The Russian ministry said Friday that al-Baghdadi was killed in a Russian strike in late May along with other senior group commanders.

It said the air raid on May 28 that targeted an ISIS meeting held on the southern outskirts of Raqqa in Syria also killed about 30 mid-level militant leaders and about 300 other fighters.

The ministry said the strike came as ISIS leaders gathered to discuss the group’s withdrawal from Raqqa, the group’s de facto capital.

The State Department had previously offered $25 million for information that helps the U.S. determine the location of al-Baghdadi, or arrest and convict him. The agency says that under al-Baghdadi, IS has been responsible for thousands of deaths in the Middle East, including American citizens, and terrorist attacks elsewhere.

In April, he reportedly avoided capture by Iraqi special forces by escaping through a trapdoor. It is believed the leader has been in hiding. He is known to stay on the move.

As America’s Freedom Fighters previously reported back in March, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi admitted defeat in the war-torn nation and ordered his fighters to either flee or kill themselves. Apparently, he realizes that Trump isn’t the same as Obama, and the new boss isn’t going to pussyfoot around with them.

The terror mastermind is said to have issued a statement called ‘farewell speech’ which was distributed among ISIS preachers and clerics in parts of Iraq it still controls.

According to local media, he urged supporters to run and hide and told ‘non-Arab fighters’ to either return home or blow themselves up with the promise of ’72 virgins in heaven’.

News of the statement, which has yet to be verified, comes as US-backed Iraqi army units took control of the last major road out of western Mosul that had been in ISIS’ hands.

Just days ago, British Defence Minister Michael Fallon said that he expected to see ISIS expelled from the country’s major towns by the end of 2017.

According to Al Arabiya, Iraqi television network Alsumaria is reporting that al-Baghdadi has admitted defeat in the country.

And now, reportedly he’s dead.

Good riddance you filthy beast.

God Bless.
