On the campaign trail, President Trump promised jobs, jobs, jobs, as well as renegotiating horrible trade deals and bringing back manufacturing, and so far he’s delivering, which is quite refreshing.

For years, we’ve watched as our car manufacturers moved their plants to Mexico to take advantage of cheaper labor because the taxes, regulations, and unions made it all but impossible to be competitive in our own nation. One of the many things the President has done is roll back a record number of regulation put in place by Obama, and he capped that off by getting tax reform passed.

Now we’re seeing the effects of it.

The New York Post is reporting that Fiat Chrysler is making major moves to benefit America, and it’s all because of the tax reform plan Democrats promised would end the world as we know it.

From the Post:

Fiat Chrysler is moving production of heavy-duty trucks from Mexico to Michigan and paying bonuses to US workers in response to the passage of US tax reform late last year.

The automaker will invest $1 billion in its Warren Truck Assembly Plant to make the Ram Heavy Duty Truck starting in 2020. That truck is currently made in Saltillo, Mexico, where workers will continue to make commercial vehicles.

FCA says the Warren plant will add 2,500 new jobs.

The company also plans to pay $2,000 bonuses this spring to about 60,000 hourly and salaried US employees. Senior executives won’t get the bonus.

TheBlaze reported:

Fiat Chrysler also announced that about 60,000 hourly and salaried U.S. employees, excluding senior leadership, would receive a $2,000 bonus as a result of the new tax reform laws.

“These announcements reflect our ongoing commitment to our U.S. manufacturing footprint and the dedicated employees who have contributed to FCA’s success,” Fiat Chrysler Automobiles CEO Sergio Marchionne said in the release. “It is only proper that our employees share in the savings generated by tax reform and that we openly acknowledge the resulting improvement in the U.S. business environment by investing in our industrial footprint accordingly.”

But wait a minute, I thought that “trickledown economics” doesn’t work? What’s that? Another leftist myth busted?

The even better news?

The stock markets are predicted to soar next year as our economy goes into overdrive.

MAGA!
