Ammon and Ryan Bundy found NOT GUILTY!

Jury finds the leaders of the Oregon stand-off, NOT GUILTY!

By Huny Badger AMERICAS FREEDOM FIGHTERS

Ammon and Ryan Bundy have been found not guilty of firearms charges in a federal facility and conspiring to impede federal workers from their jobs at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge.

The Bundy brothers were arrested along with other key figures on January 26th, while they were on their way to meet with a sheriff in a neighboring county.

During the stop LeVoy Finicum was tragically gunned down after he and 3 others tried to make their way to the sheriff.

The trial seemed to be an open and shut case, with the FBI and other agents that had been gathering intel on the refuge and occupiers.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Ethan Knight argued in his closing statements, saying that the group decided to take over a federal workplace that didn’t belong to them and they prevented Federal employees from being able to show to their place of employment.

The defendants stated that they never discussed preventing anyone from accessing their offices but merely wanted the land and the buildings.

Ammon Bundy and other defendants argued that the takeover was an act of civil disobedience against an out-of-control federal government that has crippled the rural West.

Federal prosecutors took two weeks to present their case, closing with a display of more than 30 guns seized after the standoff. An FBI agent testified that 16,636 live rounds and nearly 1,700 spent casings were found.

Bundy testified in his defense, speaking on his belief that government overreach is destroying Western communities and ranchers.

He said the plan was to take ownership of the refuge by occupying it for a short time and then turn it over to local officials after a resolution could be reached.

Ammon stated clearly that the people at the refuge for their personal safety and under their 2nd amendment rights.

Ryan Bundy did not testify and was acting as his own attorney.

The Bundy’s now will be free however, they still have a case pending in Nevada early next year on charges stemming from another high-profile standoff with federal agents.

In an emotional climax to the trial in U.S. District Court in Portland, Ammon Bundy’s lawyer, Marcus Mumford, was tackled to the floor by U.S. marshals as he became involved in a heated verbal exchange with the judge over the terms of his client’s release.

Authorities had charged 26 occupiers with conspiracy. Eleven pleaded guilty, and another had the charge dropped. Seven defendants chose not to be tried at this time. Their trial is scheduled to begin Feb. 14.

Mainstream media has been silent on what has been going on and for those who have been following the Bundy’s Facebook page, you know the horrors they have gone through while being incarcerated.

America’s Freedom Fighter’s did some of the groundbreaking reporting:

If you remember, the FBI claims that they found a 9mm pistol in Finicum’s pocket after searching his lifeless body, but there’s eyewitness reports that he and the people with him purposefully left the weapons at the refuge in case they ran into law enforcement.

That same witness also claimed that the reason Finicum fled the initial stop is because he was being shot at by authorities.

“The only reason he drove off was because he was being fired at so he drove off so he didn’t get shot. There’s two rounds in the top of his truck that they were able to photograph. That’s why he drove off and tried to get around there because he was afraid they were going to kill him. And he was right.”

The FBI’s claim is further called into question after seeing what Davis wrote on Facebook about the serial number. Apparently, members of the Pacific Patriots Network were able to run the serial number 54119868, and the weapon was stolen two years ago, so she believes it’s a plant.

Also, when Finicum’s family received the rancher’s body, they discovered that he had been shot nine times by federal authorities. If you watch the video, that seems like entirely too many for the situation, considering that Finicum appeared to have his hands in the air just prior to being mercilessly gunned down. Davis also said that Finicum now has to have a closed casket funeral, thanks to being shot directly in the face.

While we’ll never know exactly what happened on that fateful day, as more evidence emerges, it seems as if the FBI had only one intention, and it wasn’t taking Finicum in alive. Look, as a proud conservative I always support law enforcement, but even this case has been hard for me to wrap my head around because not a lot adds up.

From the video showing Finicum having his hands up and grenades being thrown at his truck, to eyewitnesses recalling a scene more similar to a special operations hit, the entire thing doesn’t make sense. As such, I think We the People have every reason to question it, and that it’s our duty to do so.

There needs to be investigations in the murder of LeVoy Finicum by federal agents and one can only hope that this finding of not guilty, is a step in the right direction.

OBAMA’S THUGS NEED TO BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS SENSELESS MURDER!!!
