WATCH: CNN Does The UNTHINKABLE Live On National T.V. Right After U.K. Terrorist Attack

Whenever there is a mass killing of any kind in Europe, every reasonable person jumps to the same conclusion every time. They assume that the attack was committed by a Muslim, and it’s not an outlandish assumption to make. Nine times out of ten they are right.

The media however, often tries to pin it on right-wing extremists. Or at the very least, they’ll try to leave that possibility on the table for as long as they can. They won’t commit to an Islamic terror narrative until the authorities confirm what everyone already knew.

That scenario played out again after the Manchester bombing. Shortly after the Ariana Grande concert was attacked, CNN terrorism analyst Paul Cruickshank suggested that the incident could be a false flag perpetrated by right-wing extremists.

“But given the fact that they’re looking into this real possibility, and it is there would appear some evidence that this was a suicide bombing– that certainly takes you down the Islamist terrorist direction,” he continued. “It must also be noted that in recent months in Europe, there have been a number of false flag plots where right-wing extremists have tried frame Islamists for terrorism. We have seen that in Germany in recent weeks. But a suicide bomber does take you down the direction of Islamist terror.”

When you stop to think about it, that theory is incredibly dumb. Right-wing extremists in Europe have no reason to commit a terrorist attack, in an attempt to make Islam look bad. The countless radical Muslims living in Europe right now already do that on a regular basis. For the record, ISIS has since taken responsibility for the Manchester bombing.

This isn’t the first time that a CNN guest has tried to blame a violent incident on conservatives. When a Berkeley protest against Milo Yiannopoulos turned into a riot earlier this year, former Clinton Secretary of Labor and Berkeley professor Robert Reich was quick to suggest that the rioters could be right-wing extremists affiliated with Breitbart.

Appearing as a guest on Thursday’s CNN Tonight, former Clinton administration Labor Secretary Robert Reich actually promoted a conspiracy theory that it was in reality a group of right-wingers — perhaps linked to Breitbart News — who were responsible for violent riots at UC Berkeley in reaction to Breitbart senior editor Milo Yiannopoulos planning to speak there. Rather than laughing off such a preposterous suggestion, host Don Lemon seemed to treat the “rumor” as plausible and asked conservative CNN political commentator Alice Stewart — who was up against two liberal guests — for her reaction. At 11;17 p.m. ET, Lemon tagged Yiannopoulos as a “white supremacist’ as he turned to Reich and posed: “This violence we saw at Berkeley — we had it live here on CNN last night — it ultimately, does it, it plays right into the hands of the right-wing white supremacists — someone like Milo Yiannopoulos.”

Reich suggested that conservatives were to blame for the violence as he began: “It absolutely does, Don, and I want to be very, very clear. I was there for part of last night, and I know what I saw. And those people were not Berkeley students. Those were outsiders, agitators. I’ve never seen them before. There’s rumors that they actually were right-wingers, they were part of a kind of a group that were organized and were ready to create the kind of tumult and danger you saw that forced the police to cancel the event.” — Moments later, Lemon followed up: “You think this was a strategy by Yiannopoulos or right-wingers to — they put this on so they could — in an effort to show that, you know, there’s no free speech on a college campus like UC Berkeley?”

Reich repeated the tin foil hat theory: “I wouldn’t bet against it, Don. You know, again, I saw these people. They were very — they all looked almost paramilitary. They were not from the campus, and I’ve heard, you know, again, I don’t want to say factually, but I heard that there was some relationship there between these people and the right-wing, and the right-wing movement that is affiliated with Breitbart News.” — The CNN host responded: “It is interesting because there have been protests, but nothing this violent. We haven’t seen anything to this level.” He soon turned to Stewart and posed: “Alice, what do you think of what Robert said? Do you think these could have been paid actors?”

For God’s sake listen to these braindead libs. This is all George Soros, Barack Obama, Sal Alynski and the filthy leftists. These people are completely demented.

That too was a pretty dumb theory. Especially when you consider how often conservatives are responsible for mob violence in modern America- basically NEVER!

When there’s a riot in our country, it’s almost always safe to assume that it’s being led by far-left extremists. Likewise, whenever there’s a terror attack in Europe, you can bet your bottom dollar that it was committed by a Muslim. That may be uncomfortable for some people to admit to, but facts don’t care about your feelings.

In any case, if the mainstream media was even a little bit responsible, they would hold off the speculation until all of the facts are in. But if they are going to speculate, trying to coyly blame conservatives for riots and terrorism is just plain ignorant. It only makes these media outlets look foolish, and shows the whole world just how biased they really are.
