Disgraced ex-Gov. Andrew Cuomo was charged Thursday with groping a former aide in Albany’s Executive Mansion — a crime that could force him to register as a sex offender if he’s convicted, New York Post reports.

The complaint charges Cuomo with forcible touching, which carries a maximum sentence of one year in jail.

Cuomo is expected to be arrested next week.

Mariann Wang, an attorney for Cuomo accusers Alyssa McGrath and Virginia Limmiatis celebrated the news in a statement Thursday, FOX NEWS reports.

“My clients are enormously grateful for the courage of the women who have come forward to speak the truth about Cuomo’s misconduct,” Wang said. “Cuomo is being held to account as he should be, including by being forced to answer a criminal charge. We hope that all men who abuse their power by abusing women will see this and understand that there will be real consequences to their profoundly damaging behavior.”

The misdemeanor complaint describes forcible touching as when a “person intentionally, and for no legitimate purpose forcibly touches the sexual or other intimate parts of another person for the purpose of degrading or abusing such person, or for the purpose of gratifying the actor’s sexual desire.”

One needs to look no further than former Governor of New York, Andrew Cuomo for a perfect example of this disgusting phenomenon.

Cuomo, who has faced severe backlash for his administrations policy of forcing nursing homes to take Covid positive patients, which resulted in thousands of deaths, has been under the gun for months. Once the dam broke and Cuomo was hung out to dry he was also hit with a flurry of sex abuse accusations.

Curiously, the #MeToo movement stayed sickeningly quiet about the Democrat’s alleged indiscretions.

Now that Cuomo has resigned his post as Governor of New York, the criminal complaints have begun to come in against the head of the political crime family …

‘Former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo on Thursday was charged with forcible touching.

Cuomo resigned in disgrace on August 24 after multiple women accused him of sexual assault.

New York Attorney General Letitia James announced an investigation found Cuomo violated state and federal law after sexually harassing at least 11 women.

One of Cuomo’s accusers alleged the former governor groped her breasts while at the executive mansion in Albany.

Andrew Cuomo on Thursday was hit with a misdemeanor complaint.

“Cuomo did intentionally, and for no legitimate purpose, forcibly place his hand under the blouse shirt of the victim and onto her intimate body part,” the complaint says. “Specifically, the victim’s left breast for the purposes of degrading and gratifying his sexual desires…”

“A Misdemeanor Complaint against former Governor Andrew Cuomo has been filed in Albany City Court,” Lucian Chalfen, director of public information for the New York State Unified Court System, told the Washington Examiner on Thursday. “As this is a sex crime, a redacted complaint will be available shortly.”’

Cuomo killed thousands of elderly New Yorkers with his order to send Covid-infected people back into nursing homes – but he was ultimately forced out over sexual harassment allegations.

We believe this is the woman.

The alleged victim’s name was redacted in the complaint, but she has publicly identified herself as Brittany Commisso, 33, a former executive assistant to the governor.
