BREAKING: Lunatic N.Y. Democrat DEMANDS Ban On Something That Doesn’t Even EXIST!

Rep. Carolyn Maloney (D-NY) urged her colleagues to ban “massacre machine gun magazines” Tuesday in the wake of the February 14 Florida school shooting, Breitbart reports.

“We really need to act in a number of ways. We need to pass an assault weapons ban. We need to ban the massacre machine gun magazines, and we need comprehensive background checks.” ~ Maloney

Time to hit the brakes and demand that the people running for office, must have actual knowledge of the issues our Nation faces as well as the intelligence to comprehend the Bills they propose.

There is no such thing as a, “massacre machine gun magazine” and for Maloney to demand a ban on something she clearly has 0 knowledge about, is a disgrace to her office and the people of New York.

The Florida shooter did not use a machine gun with these massacre magazines that she so ignorantly spoke of.  In fact, out of all the shootings in the United States, in recent years, no machine guns and no massacre magazines have ever been used.

These terms that these lunatics come up with are used to scare those who have no knowledge of firearms and to amp up the anti-gun groups.

The United States government already has countless “data agencies” that collect data on United States civilians and then files the data for Law Enforcement agencies nationwide.  Creating more data collection for more detailed background checks, well lets just say that will blow up in our faces.

Straight from on the many different “data collection” agencies:

  1. National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) The National Instant Criminal Background Check System, or NICS, is all about saving lives and protecting people from harm—by not letting guns fall into the wrong hands. It also ensures the timely transfer of firearms to eligible gun buyers.
  2. National Crime Information Center (NCIC)  The National Crime Information Center, or NCIC, has been called the lifeline of law enforcement—an electronic clearinghouse of crime data that can be tapped into by virtually every criminal justice agency nationwide, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It helps criminal justice professionals apprehend fugitives, locate missing persons, recover stolen property, and identify terrorists. It also assists law enforcement officers in performing their duties more safely and provides information necessary to protect the public.
  3. National Data Exchange (N-DEx) System The N-DEx system is an unclassified national information sharing system that enables criminal justice agencies to search, link, analyze, and share local, state, tribal, and federal records. N-DEx is also a strategic investigative information sharing system that fills informational gaps and provides situational awareness.
  4. Law Enforcement Enterprise Portal (LEEP)  The Virtual Command Center/Special Interest Group (VCC/SIG) program is a secure, Internet-based information sharing system available to agencies around the world that are involved in law enforcement, first response, criminal justice, anti-terrorism, intelligence, and related matters. SIG and VCC members can access or share sensitive but unclassified information anytime and anywhere. Both services are available on the Law Enforcement Enterprise Portal to all LEEP users.
  5. Biometrics Next Generation Identification (NGI) Collected by nationwide Fusion Centers. Today, the term “biometrics” is not limited to fingerprints. It also includes palm prints, irises, and facial recognition. In an effort to harness new technologies, and to improve the application of tenprint and latent fingerprint searches, the FBI’s Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Division developed and incrementally integrated a new system to replace the Integrated Automated Fingerprint Identification System (IAFIS). This new system, the Next Generation Identification (NGI), provides the criminal justice community with the world’s largest and most efficient electronic repository of biometric and criminal history information.

Per AFF News, what is being left out, purposely, is that the Bill would create a national registry that all firearm owners would then be placed in, so that the government can keep track of them as well as who has what.

According to Conceal and Carry, the majority of American gun owners there is no system, database, or registry that ties us to any of our firearms. Even the Brady Act that created the background check system requires that the records of each background check be destroyed within 24 hours.

(FOPA) is a United States federal law that revised many provisions of the Gun Control Act of 1968. As such, FOPA makes it illegal for the national government or any state in the country to keep any sort of database or registry that ties firearms directly to their owner. The exact wording of the provision is as follows:

“No such rule or regulation prescribed [by the Attorney General] after the date of the enactment of the Firearms Owners Protection Act may require that records required to be maintained under this chapter or any portion of the contents of such records, be recorded at or transferred to a facility owned, managed, or controlled by the United States or any State or any political subdivision thereof, nor that any system of registration of firearms, firearms owners, or firearms transactions or disposition be established. Nothing in this section expands or restricts the Secretary’s authority to inquire into the disposition of any firearm in the course of a criminal investigation.”

They clearly want what they cannot have and are using new terms and new agendas to bully their anti-gun Bills and they do not care about your rights as a citizen.
