Hannah was a normal, happy, precocious child. She hit all of her developmental milestones as expected for her first 18 months of life.  But all of that changed in July 2000.  Hannah went to her pediatrician and received vaccinations supposed to inoculate against 9 different diseases in ONE doctor’s visit –

After receiving the vaccinations, Hannah’s health began a rapid decline with high fevers, a severe decline in appetite, no response when spoken to or to outward stimuli, screaming fits, and signs of autism.  In 2002, Hannah’s parents filed a claim with the federal vaccine court in an attempt to gain some sort of compensation for what was clearly caused by the vaccinations.  Five years later after the claim was filed, the government settled the case BEFORE trial and SEALED the case. It has taken two years for both sides to agree on just how much little Hannah deserves to be compensated for her life long debilitating injuries caused by this poison.

The U.S. government has paid out some $3 billion in damages to vaccine injured Americans since 1989 and those are just the known cases.

By acknowledging Hannah’s injuries, the government has essentially stated that vaccines have aggravated an unknown mitochondrial disorder found in Hannah which didn’t necessarily “cause” her autism, but “resulted” in it. It is unknown at this time how many other children may currently have a similar misdiagnosed mitochondrial disorder. Such disorders are not commonly tested for as a matter of course.  All other autism “test cases” have been defeated at trial. Another 4,800 cases are awaiting disposition in federal vaccine court at this time.

Time Magazine summed up the relevance of the Poling case in 2008 –

…(T)here’s no denying that the court’s decision to award damages to the Poling family puts a chink — a question mark — in what had been an unqualified defense of vaccine safety with regard to autism. If Hannah Poling had an underlying condition that made her vulnerable to being harmed by vaccines, it stands to reason that other children might also have such vulnerabilities.”

God Bless.
