BREAKING: FOX News Hit With ANOTHER New Lawsuit And SHOCKING New Claims About O’Reilly

Fox News is having a tough time lately as it recently capitulated to the petulant left’s demands they fire their number one star, and the bad news just keeps rolling in.

On the heels of O’Reilly being ousted from the network, now a former contributor for Fox is suing them over alleged racial discrimination. Worse yet, the former employee is lobbing racially charged accusations against O’Reilly.

An award-winning Fox News reporter has repeatedly been passed over for promotions “because he is black,” new court papers charge.

“Despite his outstanding performance, and because he is Black, Mr. Wright has been effectively sidelined and asked to perform the role of a ‘Jim Crow’ — the racist caricature of a Black entertainer,” the suit, filed by Wigdor LLP, alleges. Wigdor filed another discrimination lawsuit in Manhattan Federal Court and an Equal Employment Opportunity Commission claim against Fox.

Wright, who co-anchors Fox & Friends weekend edition, also accused O’Reilly of racial discrimination.

On one occasion, he asked to appear on former Fox News host Bill O’Reilly’s show to talk about the racial unrest in Ferguson, Mo., but O’Reilly refused “because it showed Blacks in ‘too positive’ a light,” Wright claims.

O’Reilly, who was recently canned in the wake of sexual harassment allegations, is not named a defendant in the suit and his reps did not immediately comment.

According to, Wright says it’s a “running joke” at Fox that he’d would get further with the network if he died his hair a different color.

Wright also claims that “it is a running ‘joke’ among the cast and crew at Fox that [he] would get significantly more air time if he dyed his hair blonde.” Currently, Wright only anchors the Saturday show America’s News Headquarters and claims he’s been “marginalized” and “sidelined” because he is black.

Wright joins 11 other co-defendants in the suit, and Fox vehemently denies all of the allegations against them.

As for Fox News, it has vehemently denied the allegations in the lawsuit. “FOX News and Dianne Brandi vehemently deny the race discrimination claims in both lawsuits,” a Fox News spokesperson said. “They are copycat complaints of the original one filed last month. We will vigorously defend these cases.”

“The incendiary language by Attorney Wigdor raising the shameful period of Jim Crow and plantations is outrageous and draws a comparison that demeans the atrocities committed during those times. These frivolous charges are solely aimed at generating headlines, inflaming racial tensions and poisoning potential jury pools and judges,” Catherine M. Foti, attorney for Judith Slater, said in a statement.

As with any other lawsuit, it’s important to let the facts come to light before making any judgments. However, the timing of the suit can’t be overlooked, considering it comes in the midst of a leftist campaign to take down the network.

If that’s what is going on here, I hope Fox counter sues and makes everyone pay for trying to tarnish their reputation.
