URGENT: Government CONFISCATING Homes And Giving Them To Muslims In This Country

It seems that for all intents and purposes Germany has attempted to return to some of the practices of the 1920s and 1930s.  The Gatestone Institute details news from a variety of German sources showing case after case of German citizens being evicted from their own homes and private property.

Those same homes and properties are then being confiscated by the government to house so-called “Syrian refugees” flooding into the country while Angela Merkel lays down the Welcome Mat. For anyone that knows their history? This should be downright frightening.

In an unprecedented move, Hamburg authorities confiscated six residential units in the Hamm district near the city center. A trustee appointed by the city is now renovating the properties and will rent them — against the will of the owner — to tenants chosen by the city. District spokeswoman Sorina Weiland said that all renovation costs will be billed to the owner of the properties.

Mayor of Tubingen and member of the Green Party has spoken publically about this policy and how it works.  He states that first, they will attempt to buy vacant homes to house the migrants, but if there are none available or if time constraints do not permit –  He states –

In the written offers, I advise that the Police Law (Polizeigesetz) gives us the possibility, in cases of emergency, to confiscate homes for several months. The law provides for seizure in emergencies. I want to avoid this, but if there is no other way, I will make use of this law.

Another incident in another part of Germany left a single mother of 2 with the original eviction giving her just weeks to move out of her apartment to make room for migrants.  She was able to to get her eviction delayed to allow her daughter to finish the school year without interruption but that was all the grace she and her children as German citizens were allowed.

The mayor of that town spoke of the eviction of the young mother and her children and other residents in the apartment complex. He claimed that Germany had an obligation to provide housing for the refugees and migrants, stating

I know this is an unconventional measure. But as a community, we have an obligation to provide housing for migrants.

One would think that if the provision of housing is something that German citizens actually WANTED the German government to actually address – that the German citizenry would come first — Yet, that is clearly not what is happening.

In yet another German town, teachers and students were given less than 24 hours notice to vacate and relocate the Jahn-Realschule.  This is a secondary school for 150 German students.  The order to vacate was so that the building could be used to house some 300 refugees and migrants.

According to the Gatestone Institute –

“The expropriation is authorized by the Hamburg Housing Protection Act (Hamburger Wohnraumschutzgesetz), a 1982 law that was updated by the city’s Socialist government in May 2013 to enable the city to seize any residential property unit that has been vacant for more than four months.

The forced lease, the first of its kind in Germany, is said to be aimed at pressuring the owners of other vacant residences in the city to make them available for rent. Of the 700,000 rental units in Hamburg, somewhere between 1,000 and 5,000 (less than one percent) are believed to be vacant, according an estimate by the Hamburg Senate.”
