The campaign of presumed Democrat presidential nominee Hillary Clinton is celebrating their victory in screwing America by declaring that the issue regarding her use of a private server during her time as Secretary of State “is now resolved.”

Immediately following FBI Director James Comey’s stunning announcement that no criminal charges will be recommended, even though she clearly violated many laws, Clinton campaign spokesman Brian Fallon released a statement.

“As the secretary has long said, it was a mistake to use her personal email and she would not do it again. We are glad that this matter is now resolved.

Clinton has long maintained that, “I never received nor sent any material that was marked classified.”

On Tuesday Comey contradicted that claim, saying, “110 emails in 52 email chains have been determined by the owning agency to contain classified information at the time they were sent or received,” adding that eight email chains contained Top Secret information.

In announcing that there would be no prosecution, Comey also said, “Although we did not find clear evidence that Secretary Clinton or her colleagues intended to violate laws governing the handling of classified information, there is evidence that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information.”

The FBI’s announcement on Tuesday followed Saturday’s interview with Clinton at FBI headquarters and last week’s clandestine meeting between former president Bill Clinton and Attorney General Loretta Lynch. The FBI announcement also came hours before Clinton is set to have her first joint campaign appearance with President Barack Obama.
