Hillary’s Right Hand Man Just Took SICK Action To Take Away MILLIONS Of Dollars From Children With CANCER

In yet another witch hunt being led against the Trump Family, this time the Eric Trump Foundation is being targeted by New York Attorney General and close friend of Hillary Clinton, Eric Schneiderman.

According to a Forbes story, published earlier this week, at issue is the Eric Trump Foundation’s tradition of holding fundraiser golf tournaments at Trump-owned courses. The claim being asserted by Forbes and Washington Post writer David Farenthold is that although Eric Trump had asserted repeatedly that his father’s company allowed him to use the courses free, Forbes claims to have found evidence that the Eric Trump Foundation has actually paid the Trump Organization to use them.

The report, claims to have found “proof” that the Donald J. Trump Foundation “apparently used the Eric Trump Foundation to funnel $100,000 in donations into revenue for the Trump Organization,” with additional claims that more than $500,000 raised by Eric Trump’s charity was passed on to other charities, some connected to the Trump family or interests.

The left is now shouting from the rooftops that Eric Trump is stealing money from children with cancer to all and sundry. Eric is being accused of everything from “money laundering” to out and out theft.

Eric has responded, stating – “I have raised $16.3 Million for dying children with an expense ratio of less than 12.3%.”

In 2016 the Eric Trump Foundation donated $3,600,310.00 to pediatric cancer. Of issue is $100,000 that according to Eric is for administrative costs which at 12.3% is a respectably low percentage.

Directly from the Forbes report in question –

“For the first four years of the golf tournament, from 2007 to 2010, the total expenses averaged about $50,000, according to the tax filings. Not quite the zero-cost advantage that a donor might expect given who owned the club but at least in line with what other charities pay to host outings at Trump courses, according to a review of ten tax filings for other charitable organizations.

But in 2011, things took a turn. Costs for Eric Trump’s tournament jumped from $46,000 to $142,000, according to the foundation’s IRS filings. Why would the price of the tournament suddenly triple in one year? “In the early years, they weren’t being billed [for the club]–the bills would just disappear,” says Ian Gillule, who served as membership and marketing director at Trump National Westchester during two stints from 2006 to 2015 and witnessed how Donald Trump reacted to the tournament’s economics. “Mr. Trump had a cow. He flipped. He was like, ‘We’re donating all of this stuff, and there’s no paper trail? No credit?'”

Katrina Kaupp, who served on the board of directors at the Eric Trump Foundation in 2010 and 2011, stated –

“We did have to cover the expenses,” she says. “The charity had grown so much that the Trump Organization couldn’t absorb all of those costs anymore.”

An official statement from the Eric Trump Foundation states – “During the past decade, the Eric Trump Foundation has raised over $16.3 million for St. Jude Children’s Research hospital while maintaining an expense ratio of just 12.3 percent. The Eric Trump Foundation was also responsible for building a $20 million ICU which treats the sickest children anywhere in the world suffering from the most catastrophic terminal illnesses.

Contrary to recent reports, at no time did the Trump Organization profit in any way from the foundation or any of its activities. While people can disagree on political issues, to infer malicious intent on a charity that has changed so many lives, is not only shameful but is truly disgusting. At the end of the day the only people who lose are the children of St. Jude and other incredibly worthy causes.”

At the FedEx St. Jude Classic golf tournament Wednesday, a St. Jude spokesperson and Richard Shadyac, CEO of the hospital’s fundraising arm ALSAC, declined comment on the Forbes report.

The State of New York previous investigated the Donald J. Trump Foundation during the 2016 for not having “proper certification.”  With a charity that had been in existence for more than 20 years and the New York attorney general had an issue right in the midst of a contentious election over  proper certification? The timing was suspect at best and here we are again with yet another “investigation” that seems to be politically motivated.

Add to that the New York state Attorney General endorsed Hillary Clinton, as well as serving on her leadership counsel in New York.  He also has a history of picking fights based on politics. Funny, how the Clinton Foundation has not been cited for “proper certification” nor has any of the Clinton Foundation’s blatant and flagrant disregard of New York law governing charities been addressed with regard to identification of millions of dollars received in foreign donors to date.

According to News 5

A Scripps Washington Bureau review of tax returns and regulatory filings found that year after year the Clinton charities have ignored New York law and related instructions. However, the office of Attorney General Schneiderman, a Democrat whom Hillary Clinton named to her campaign’s “leadership council” in New York, did not respond to Scripps’ questions about the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI), which has never publicly disclosed in New York filings the identity of its foreign government contributors or the amounts they give each year. Scripps also discovered CHAI did not report hundreds of millions of dollars in foreign government donations to the state.

However, Schneiderman’s office said it considers the Clinton Foundation, which is a separate charity, ‘in step’ with state rules.”

The Eric Trump Foundation’s work with St. Jude’s stands in stark contrast to the Clinton Foundation which saw fit to defraud Haiti, known as the poorest country in the world,  after a devastating natural disaster.
