As most of America knows by now, Hillary collapsed on September 11, 2016, at a 9/11 tribute ceremony.  A video was caught of her aides and staffers significant struggle in getting her into her vehicle when trying to leave the event. In the subsequent days that have followed that event, Hillary’s heath has come under much scrutiny. Hillary released a letter from her personal physician, Dr. Lisa Bardack, claiming a diagnosis of mild non-contagious bacterial pneumonia. 

The letter released from Dr. Bardack states as follows –

 

The International Classification of Diseases (ICD), an ObamaCare standard, is designed code all medical diagnostics. After reviewing it, there’s just one problem with the diagnosis of mild non-contagious bacterial pneumonia — According to ICD-9 codes, and the more current ICD-10 coding, there’s no such diagnosis as “mild non-contagious bacterial pneumonia“.  Is this some fictitious illness concocted by Hillary and Dr. Bardack? Or is Dr. Bardack making misdiagnoses of this fictional disease for other unknown reasons? Dr. Bardack’s rating shows something interesting as well — apparently this isn’t the first time Dr. Bardack has diagnosed someone with this fictional illness.
