A moment of silence was held in Congress to honor those who died in the mass shooting in Orlando. Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) led the moment of silence but what happened immediately after is seriously outrageous and disgusting.

The room erupted into protests by House Democrats who began shouting about GUN CONTROL!

The filthy Democrats yelled “Where’s the bill?” and “No leadership!”

The Democrats apparently saw nothing wrong with disrespecting the traditional observance in times of tragedy and instead, screamed and yelled about taking away our rights! It’s completely disrespectful.

This is so typical of Democrats to try to get their way by rudeness, shouting, force and, ultimately, violence.

Some Democrats left the House chamber in protest, including Connecticut Rep. Jim Himes, who earlier declared he would no longer participate in moments of silence.

“Silence. Not me. Not anymore. I will no longer stand here absorbing the faux concern, contrived gravity and tepid smugness of a House complicit in the weekly bloodshed,” Himes said in an angry speech in which he referred, not to an “Islamic terrorist” but a “madman with the military-grade rifle.”

Rep. Seth Moulton (D-Mass.) joined Himes in walking out of the moment of silence and went on a disgusting rant on Twitter:

“The fact is that a moment of silence is an act of respect, and we supported that. But it is a not a license to do nothing,” said House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) according to The Hill.

“Members have just had enough of having one minute, a moment of silence on the floor, and then take no action,” she said.

Other Democrats, like Rep. Katherine Clark (D-Mass.), also joined in taking the solemn observation of respect and turning it into a political platform.

Not everyone was on board with Himes and the other gun grabbers:

Classy bunch, right?

Not only were these knuckleheads rude and disrespectful, but they also put the blame for the horrific incident on mental illness and an inanimate object, rather than the true culprit: radical Islamic terrorism.

If you’re going to make a fool of yourself and disrespect the victims of a bloody tragedy to push your political agenda, you could at least be honest and tell the truth.

Guess that’s asking too much of these morally bankrupt miscreants.

I think come election time, these morons ought to be handed a pink slip.

Well said.

Unbelievable.

God Bless.
