BREAKING NEWS ABOUT NORTH KOREA – HYDROGEN BOMB KILLS HUNDREDS

Sean Brown AMERICA’S FREEDOM FIGHTERS –

Just like it’s a bad idea to give a child explosives, it’s a bad idea to give the North Koreans nuclear weapons.

The rogue regime has been testing nuclear weapons now for years, but the latest subterranean experiment went horribly wrong. According to Yahoo! News, Kim Jung Un’s military was testing its sixth and largest nuclear weapon back on September 3 when the tunnel being used collapsed.

At the time, around 100 people were buried in the radioactive rubble, but rescue efforts were still undertaken to try to save anyone who may have survived. But things took a turn for the worse during the rescue operation and the tunnel collapsed further, entrapping and killing another 100 people.

Yahoo! reported:

More than 200 people are feared to have died when a tunnel caved in at North Korea’s nuclear test site after its latest detonation, a Japanese news report said Tuesday.

A tunnel collapsed at Punggye-ri in early September, days after North Korea conducted its sixth and largest underground nuclear test on September 3, TV Asahi said, quoting unnamed North Korean sources.

Some 100 workers were involved in an initial collapse. Another cave-in occurred during rescue operations, leaving at least 200 people feared dead in total, the Japanese broadcaster said.

The accident was triggered by the test, TV Asahi added.

Experts have warned that the underground tests could cause the mountain to collapse and leak radiation into the atmosphere near China’s border.

The latest test — the sixth at the site since 2006 — triggered landslides in the detonation area and beyond, according to satellite pictures taken the day after.

As Yahoo! noted, it’s extremely rare for the North Korean regime to acknowledge accidents in their country, let alone accidents involving its nuclear program, which is why we’re only learning about it now.

“We are aware of the report but do not know anything about it,” Lee Eugene, a spokeswoman at South Korea’s unification ministry, said.

The devastating report comes as President Trump plans to visit the region next week and show solidarity with North Korea’s southern neighbors. However, it’s unclear if it will have any effect on the President’s plans.

According to the Telegraph, the test that triggered the collapse was the North’s first hydrogen bomb, which are for more powerful than conventional nuclear weapons. Analysts estimate the yield of the weapon at roughly 280 kilotons, or about 16 times more powerful than the bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

The blast caused a 6.3-magnitude earthquake immediately after detonation, with another 4.1-magnitude quake following shortly after.

Experts warn that if the rogue regime continues to carry out nuclear tests in Mount Matap, that radioactive fallout could pollute much of the world.

“Based on our analysis of satellite imagery, we judge that there is a hollow space, which measures about 60 metres by 100 metres beneath Mount Matap”, Nam Jae-chol, the head of South Korea’s Meteorological Administration, warned. “Should another nuclear test take place, there is a possibility [of a collapse]”.

That collapse, Chinese scientists say, could contaminate the entire nation of China.
