President Joe Biden is expanding his breakdown of interior immigration enforcement, dubbed “sanctuary country” orders, by giving illegal aliens another avenue to avoid arrest by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents, Breitbart reports.

On Friday, ICE officials told Congress that the agency would open an “ICE Case Review” process in which illegal aliens can challenge their arrest and detainment.

Already, Biden has implemented sanctuary country orders whereby about nine-in-ten illegal aliens, who would typically be arrested by ICE and deported, now face no threat of arrest and deportation until they are convicted of an aggravated felony or found to be a national security threat.

Under the Biden regime we have gone from having sanctuary cities to now being a sanctuary nation for illegal aliens.  The democrats continue to ignore their own citizens and focus heavily on the illegals and what all they can provide for them.

Breitbart continues, The review process will mean that illegal aliens can challenge their arrest and detainment if they believe they do not meet the convicted aggravated felon, terrorist, gang member, or national security threat standards.

As a result, the limited number of illegal aliens arrested and detained by ICE will now be able to contest their arrests through this additional route.

“It’s as if the Biden people are more intent on reversing every single immigration enforcement action that the Trump administration took, no matter how appropriate or routine, and no matter the cost to taxpayers nor how illogical to reverse it,” the Center for Immigration Studies’ Director of Policy Jessica Vaughan told Breitbart News.

Logic has nothing to do with it, national security is literally being ignored as well as the mass flux of COVID-19 positive illegals entering our borders and being literally shipped all over our nation.

The democrats could care less about the dangers they are putting not only our nation in but American citizens in.  In fact, while the Biden regime focuses on “political extremists and white supremacy” at the same time, the democrats are eradicating everything former President Trump did to help secure our nation and our borders.

Fox News reported that the move marks the latest action by the Biden administration to cope with a surge in migrant encounters at the border, particularly of unaccompanied children. It has opened a new facility in Carrizo Springs, Texas, to handle unaccompanied children. Additionally, it is looking at sending child migrants to a military base in Virginia.

The migrant surge has quickly morphed into a crisis and major political headache for the Biden administration, as Republicans point to a number of measures by Biden to roll back Trump-era border protections as the reason for the surge.

The administration has rolled back the Migrant Protection Protocols (MPP), which kept migrants in Mexico as they waited for their hearings to process, and has narrowed enforcement priorities for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE.) Additionally, Mexico’s refusal to accept additional families with children under age 12 in areas where migrants camps grow increasingly large has contributed to the release of families into the interior of the U.S.

Additionally, it has ended asylum agreements with Northern Triangle countries and proposed a sweeping immigration proposal that would see citizenship granted to millions of illegal immigrants.

Mainstream media is not covering the real dangers as well as the the government breaking their own laws which is essentially our government is now aiding and helping in human tracking.
