On Sunday (October 12), the police were looking for a gold Civic for drug running. While they found the car, not far away another one was pulled over. In the car was illegal Teodulo Sanchez. He acted oddly, which caused the officer to be more aggressive with him. Sanchez then had his wife film the stop and stopped acting oddly.

Here, via a release from the Buckeye Police Department, is what they say happened.

As the officer approached the gold Honda, he repeatedly asked the driver to lower the car windows and turn off the ignition. The driver, later identified as Teodulo Sanchez, did not comply with the officer’s requests. The officer, who is bi-lingual gave commands in Spanish and English as the driver was not complying. Mr. Sanchez continued making furtive movements in the vehicle before the officer approached the passenger side window. With the information that the driver may be armed, and the fact that he was not obeying the officer’s commands, this heightened the officer’s concern for safety.

Mr. Sanchez eventually rolled down the passenger door window. As the officer approached, he asked Mr. Sanchez to shut off the vehicle and place his hands on the steering wheel. While the officer was speaking with Mr. Sanchez, he continued to move his hands about and at one point, put his left hand out of the officer’s view. He then moved to the center console which prompted a warning from the officer. The officer never pointed his weapon at the driver.

Here, via Buzzfeed, is Sanchez’s statement.

Teodulo Sanchez was heading home from work on Friday when he noticed he was being followed by a police car.

After about 25 minutes, an officer pulled him over, he told BuzzFeed News. Sanchez said he decided to record the police stop and the video above, which is in Spanish, shows the tense confrontation, where the Buckeye, Arizona, police officer repeatedly threatens to kill Sanchez.

“Weapons? No weapons in your car? Keep your hands where I can see them, don’t move. You hear me? You have a license? Show me your license now. If you do something, I’ll kill you here. You understand?”

This is when the police officer — who is also Latino — put a gun in his face, Sanchez told BuzzFeed News.

The gist of the situation

The first thing that Sanchez did when they left, call the news and organizations that are accessories to the crimes that illegals commit. He is a criminal with a record and is on bond because of his immigration status. It might be time to quit holding hearings and deport all the illegals.
