Another Independence Day mass shooting took place in Philadelphia on Monday night.

Eight individuals were shot- four were killed, police say.

Several juveniles were among those injured by gunfire, including a 2-year-old and a 13-year-old, but their conditions were not immediately known, Fox 29 Philadelphia reported.

Police say the four men killed in the shooting are between the ages of 20-59, according to some reports.

However, some outlets are reporting that one of the people that died is believed to be a teenager.

Details of the July Fourth-eve gun violence were sketchy, but the shooting was reported to have erupted in the Kingsessing section of southwest Philadelphia.

Upon receiving a distress call reporting multiple individuals being shot, police arrived at the intersection of 56th Street and Chester Avenue around 8:30 p.m.

Police are reporting that two people are in custody, including the suspected gunman.

It is unclear who the second suspect is and what part he or she played in the shooting.

Police Commissioner Danielle Outlaw said the suspect was arrested without incident.

He was wearing a ballistic vest, had multiple magazines, an “AR-type rifle,” a handgun and a police scanner during the shooting rampage, which began at approximately 8:30 p.m.

According to the report, the gunman continued firing as officers chased him and eventually cornered him in a back alley on Frazer Street. He was then taken into custody without officers firing back, Outlaw said

The injured were promptly transported to Penn Presbyterian Hospital, while a juvenile victim was rushed to the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.

The motive for the shooting is unknown at the this time.

“We have absolutely no idea why this happened,” Outlaw said. “At this point, all we know is that this person left their home and decided to target individuals.”

“Thank god our officers were here on scene, they responded as quickly as they did, I can’t even describe the level of bravery and courage that was shown in addition to the restraint.”

The shooting came a day after two people were shot dead and 28 others injured, about half of them children, in a hail of gunfire at an outdoor neighborhood block party in Baltimore, Maryland as Americas Freedom Fighters reported.

Police said they were still seeking multiple suspects in that shooting.

The race of the shooters have not been disclosed which leads me to believe that the shooters are not WHITE.

I say that because when these crimes are committed by a WHITE person the leftist media as well as the government go out of their way to point out that it was a WHITE person in order to push their leftist agenda against WHITES.
