BREAKING: After Weeks Of Silence, Sheriff Joe Makes BOMBSHELL Announcement

A Clinton appointed liberal pile of trash U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton is questioning whether President Trump’s pardon of the former Sheriff Joe Arpaio will be enough to throw out his conviction.

Bite my patriotic America loving ass you liberal pile of garbage.

Arpaio is firing back at ultra liberal Judge Susan Bolton who says she’s not certain she can vacate Arpaio’s criminal contempt conviction because there has been no sentencing yet; therefore, she may only dismiss the case. A presidential pardon does not immediately undo or reverse a conviction.

Yes it does you filthy liberal ahole.

“Does she believe in the president’s pardon? I think the pardon said everything. So if she wants to do it, OK. And then we’ll appeal all the way to the Supreme Court,” Arpaio said.

Arpaio has requested the case be dismissed and the conviction thrown out, but Bolton may only be considering tossing the case — leaving the guilty conviction on Arpaio’s record, Fox News reported.

The case of the former sheriff of Arizona’s Maricopa County goes back to 2011, when Arpaio was ordered to cease traffic stops that singled out illegal immigrants in Phoenix. In October 2016, charges were filed against Arpaio for contempt of court in relation to the racial profiling case. He was found guilty on July 31 of this year and was set to be sentenced on October 6 before the president pardoned him on August 25.

President Trump granted a presidential pardon to Joe Arpaio, the former Sheriff of Maricopa County, Arizona. Arpaio, 85, had been convicted for intentionally disobeying a judge’s order in an immigration case.

“Thank you @realdonaldtrump for seeing my conviction for what it is: a political witch hunt by holdovers in the Obama justice department!”

“Sheriff Joe Arpaio is now eighty-five years old, and after more than fifty years of admirable service to our Nation, he is worthy candidate for a Presidential pardon,” the White House said in a statement.

“Throughout his time as sheriff, Arpaio continued his life’s work of protecting the public from the scourges of crime and illegal immigration,” the White House statement said.

Arpaio, 85, was recently found guilty of criminal contempt for defying a judge’s order to stop traffic patrols that allegedly targeted immigrants. He had been charged with misdemeanor contempt of court for allegedly willfully defying a judge’s order in 2011 and prolonging his patrols for another 17 months.

Known for his controversial takes on many issues, including his “birther” campaign against former President Barack Obama and for housing inmates in desert tent camps, Arpaio is best known for his approach to battling illegal immigration. In 2009 he claimed to have arrested 30,000 illegal immigrants since starting his efforts in 2005.

On October 4, Bolton will be considering the request to vacate the conviction entirely.

“This had nothing to do with racial profiling; the true story is gonna come out and I’m gonna tell you why I’m gonna fight this and get it out because if they can do this to me they can do this to you. I guarantee it,” said Arpaio.

Arpaio spoke to Fox News as he received the “Courage Under Fire” award from the Conservative Leadership Conference in Las Vegas Saturday night.

Arpaio says he is grateful for the presidential pardon and specified he never requested it, but attributes it to his relationship with Trump. “He [Trump] knows I’m not guilty,” Arpaio said.

Even though Bolton was appointed to the bench by President Bill Clinton, Arpaio places a lot of the blame on the Obama Justice Department for the “witch hunt” that was his conviction. “This all happened under them when they started this prosecution.”

Arpaio was never worried about possibly going to jail. He says and that if he does decide to run for office, he doesn’t know which position he’d put his hat in the ring for. He does want to help more Republicans get elected to fulfill the president’s agenda.

“I’m a little unpredictable like the president,” he said.

In the early 1990s Arpaio directed construction of a tent city for detainees, open to the burning Arizona sun, both to alleviate overcrowding and to underscore his aggressive enforcement measures.

He famously made prisoners wear pink underwear and handcuffs, reinstated chain gangs for men, women and juveniles, and cut out lunches.

“It’s time to get tough around here,” he said in 1993.

Arpaio embraced the nickname “America’s Toughest Sheriff” and many Republican candidates sought his endorsement at election time. Over time, however, as the Latino voting population grew in Arizona and other states, the national Republican Party became wary of Arpaio. Trump changed that.

Yeah, we have a major illegal alien problem in case you braindead liberal scumbags haven’t noticed.

In 2013, Obama’s Justice Department had sued Arpaio’s office, alleging long-running discriminatory policies, in particular the practice of racially profiling Latino drivers. The case was settled in 2015.

If you are an illegal alien you better get the hell out of here because we are coming after you and WILL send you back to your cesspool.

God Bless.
