John Kelly Sparks OUTRAGE After He Reveals The TRUTH About Civil War [Video]

Gen. John Kelly became America’s conscience after he gave an epic speech taking down Maxine Waters in a cowboy hat for politicizing the death of a war hero, which, of course, earned him the ire of the left and accusations of racism, and now he’s once again enraging the left with his blunt truths about the American Civil War.

Kelly, a decorated Marine Corps general who knows a thing or two about love of country, appeared on the premier episode of The Ingraham Angle, with host Laura Ingraham, for a wide-ranging interview that covered everything from the investigation into alleged Russian collusion to his views on the Civil War.

The White House Chief of Staff called for a special prosecutor to look into corruption by the Democrats, but his comments about Civil War generals are making the headlines across leftist circles today.

Because, “white supremacy,” of course!

From the Daily Caller:

Ingraham asked Kelly to comment specifically on the recent removal of a plaque honoring former President George Washington from the church he attended.

“I would tell you that Robert E. Lee was an honorable man,” Kelly told Ingraham. “He was a man that gave up his country to fight for his state, which 150 years ago was more important than country. It was always loyalty to state first back in those days.  Now it’s different today. But the lack of an ability to compromise led to the Civil War, and men and women of good faith on both sides made their stand where their conscience had them make their stand.”

The comprehensive interview covered a number of topics including Kelly’s recent public condemnation of Democratic Rep. Frederica Wilson of Florida, who disparaged President Donald Trump for a condolence call he made to Gold Star widow Myeshia Johnson.

Naturally, in times of universal deceit, telling the truth is going to uproar the masses, and uproar it did.

A sampling from Twitter:

Liberals are such lovable creatures, aren’t they?

Ronald Reagan once said something to the effect of liberals aren’t ignorant, they just know so much that isn’t so. It’s incredibly sad that here we are, decades later, and his words ring truer now than when he spoke them, isn’t it?
