Judge Jeannine Pirro is a favorite among conservatives, but her passionate disdain for leftist B.S. has sparked an outrageous lawsuit that threatens to stifle free speech and freedom of the press.

Pirro has long been a critic of the “Black Lives Matter” (bowel) movement, and in a segment in September on Fox & Friends, she called out the group’s de-facto leader DeRay McKesson for his inflammatory rhetoric because it incites violence among his supporters. The discussion at the time was over a lawsuit against BLM that was dropped because the judge ruled it a social movement that couldn’t be sued, and now McKesson is trying to claim he was damaged by Pirro’s comments.

According to the Baltimore Sun, McKesson, a far-left black extremist who thinks everything is racist, says that Pirro made “false and defamatory statements” about him during the segment, so now he’s suing both her and Fox News.

From the Sun:

Civil rights activist DeRay Mckesson has sued Fox News and media personality Jeanine Pirro, alleging she defamed him while discussing a lawsuit brought against the Black Lives Matter movement.

Mckesson alleges that Pirro made “false and defamatory statements” claiming he directed other protesters to commit violence that resulted in a police officer getting stuck in the face with a rock, according to a lawsuit filed in New York on Tuesday.

“Pirro’s statements are untrue and further a narrative that I, and other activists, engage in violent protest,” Mckesson said in message to The Baltimore Sun on Wednesday.

“I take statements that portray untrue statements about me seriously,” he said. Mckesson said he’s already received death threats, including one on Twitter in 2015 during a screening of “The Black Panthers: Vanguard of the Revolution” documentary at the Charles Theatre. The theater was evacuated, and Baltimore police were called to investigate.

The complaint says the statements made by Pirro “are false, and were either known to be false by Defendant Pirro or were made with reckless disregard for whether they were true.” The complaint said the statements have damaged Mckesson’s reputation and endangered his safety, and requests an unspecified amount in damages. It also notes the large audience reach that Fox’s morning show “Fox & Friends” has.

“Given the exposure made to an audience of 1.7 million people on the nature of DeRay’s work, the damage to his reputation is extremely significant,” said Mckesson’s attorney Matthew D. Melewski in an interview.

Of course, Pirro’s remarks are protected speech under the First Amendment, or at least that’s what every single leftist media outlet says as they slander the living hell out of conservatives on a daily basis.

Roy Moore being a “pedophile” sound familiar? If that’s not slanderous, then I don’t see how Pirro’s remarks are.

But I digress.

Let’s have a look at the real DeRay and you can judge for yourself what kind of “person”(?) he is.

He retweeted this one, clearly demonstrating a lack of a grip on reality:

Another retweet showing his delusion:

He wants Donald Trump, Jr. “locked up,” although we’re not sure why:

In this one, he wants the Senate rules to be suspended because, well leftists don’t think the rules apply to them:

Then there’s this gem, where DeRay retweets someone who thinks that spending less on police makes for safer communities, because that makes perfect sense:

And finally, we have this one from some other black SJW claiming it’s Republicans, not Democrats, oppressing the black community despite the fact it’s Democrats with a history of doing exactly that:

This guy’s a real piece of work, isn’t he?

As far as the lawsuit goes, I actually kind of hope he wins because it will finally set the precedent we’ve all been waiting for – if the media lies about people they can’t hide behind First Amendment protections.

It’s just too bad old DeRay is too brainwashed to consider it’s the leftist media that’s going to come out on the losing side of this battle.
