Thanks to the American left, illegals in our country now think they’re entitled to free abortions, but a federal judge was having none of it.

The illegal alien, only known as “Jane Doe” because she’s a minor, is being represented by none other than the ACLU (un-American Cult of Leftist Usurpers) and its “Reproductive Freedom Project,” whatever the hell that is. She’s currently in federal custody in Texas because she entered the country illegally, but the ACLU thought it was going to be clever and judge shop, landing the case in a California court, the Texas Tribune reported.

But things didn’t exactly go as planned.

“I feel like they are trying to coerce me to carry my pregnancy to term,” the 17-year-old girl told a court in October.

Doe did previously get a court order allowing her to obtain an abortion in Texas, which is required by law when a minor seeks to terminate a pregnancy without parental consent. However, the employees at the facility she’s in have been directed not to bring her.

Now, she and the ACLU are hoping to get an emergency injunction from the court.

“The government has no business blocking Jane Doe’s abortion,” said the ACLU’s Reproductive Freedom Project senior staff attorney Brigitte Amiri in statement on Wednesday. “Today’s District Court ruling comes as a serious disappointment, because it delays Jane Doe’s abortion even further.”

However, according to the Associated Press, U.S. Magistrate Judge Laurel Beeler in California refused the request because the girl is in Texas, not California, which means the ACLU’s efforts to circumvent the courts was a giant waste of time.

Almost every elected leader in Texas is against abortion, especially in the cases of minors. Attorney General Ken Paxton filed an amicus brief in San Francisco U.S. District Court to defend “the federal government’s right to deny access to abortion services to an unlawfully-present minor alien in Texas,” according to a press release.

“If ‘Doe’ prevails in this case, the ruling will create a right to abortion for anyone on earth who enters the U.S. illegally. And with that right, countless others undoubtedly would follow,” Paxton said in the release, adding that “Texas must not become a sanctuary state for abortions.”

No, it shouldn’t, and neither should any state in this country. What part of being here illegally don’t these people get?

You’re not supposed to be here, which means you’re not entitled to anything, especially an abortion at the expense of others.
