Given the Detroit rocker’s deep love for America, it comes as no surprise that he has donated a substantial amount of money towards the defense of what most of us feel is an American PATRIOT who took action against a career criminal who was a worthless thug that didn’t have a bone inside his body to be a good, law abiding citizen.

The man beat up old ladies- crushed their faces for no other reason than that he he was a sick and evil human being.

Amber Crawford at 100 Percent FED Up reports that Kid Rock is one of the top donors in the defense of 24-year-old Marine veteran Daniel Penny, who was arraigned Friday morning on charges of second-degree manslaughter after he restrained a mentally unstable man on an NYC subway.

On May 1, Marine Penny put homeless man Jordan Neely, who had a record of 40 prior arrests including violent attacks, in a chokehold after he was verbally threatening and intimidating passengers on the F train in Manhattan.

After being released from the chokehold, first responders were unable to revive Neely and he ultimately passed away, and Penny is now being charged with second-degree manslaughter.

On May 12, Penny surrendered himself to the NYPD and faces up to 15 years in prison.

Many are accusing the Soros-funded Manhattan DA, Alvin Bragg, of caving to political pressure and allowing his left-wing political bias to determine how he prosecutes the case.

GiveSendGo campaign set up for him had hauled in more than $2.1 million as of Monday afternoon. Kid Rock was among those who donated big.

Kid Rock, whose legal name is Robert Ritchie, chipped in $5,000 and commented, “Mr. Penny is a hero. Alvin Bragg is a POS. Kid Rock.”

We agree.

What are we expected to do?

Watch these maniacs blatantly break the law and do nothing about it?

That is exactly what the radical left wants us to do.

Well, we refuse to comply with their garbage.

THIS IS AMERICA!

While Kid Rock made a major contribution to Penny’s defense fund, a few others donated even larger sums of money.

American entrepreneur and 2024 Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy, 37, donated a whopping $10,000 to Penny’s legal fund.

That is absolutely awesome and while I am fullblown MAGA, I really admire and respect Vivek Ramaswamy.

On NEWSMAX, the go to for real news Vivek did a perfect impersonation of PRESIDENT TRUMP on ‘WISE GUYS.’

In response to a tweet from Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (R) encouraging people to “show this Marine America’s got his back,” Ramaswamy wrote, “I agree with this. Just donated. More of us should. We must restore the rule of law in America.”

Once a popular Michael Jackson impersonator, Neely racked up more than 40 arrests over the years and once pleaded guilty after he attempted to kidnap a seven-year-old child, The New York Daily News reported.

He had a history of violent charges and assaults, and two years was arrested for punching a 67-year-old woman.

In spite of the severity of the charges and accusations, Neely was free at the time of his death.

Passengers who were aboard the train just before the chokehold incident reported that before the altercation with Penny, Neely made threats of violence and declared he might hurt someone.

The Western Journal reported that he also allegedly stated he was not afraid to spend the rest of his life in prison.

New York City subways have been a magnet for random violence in recent years.

The city has also seen an uptick in cases where people were pushed onto tracks — sometimes at random.

In January, a 34-year-old man died after he was shoved onto the tracks by another man police identified as 28-year-old Andre Boyce.

The Marine who jumped into action did not seem to have the intention of taking Neely’s life but rather to protect the innocent people trapped in a train car with a crazed man who was threatening violence.

His true guilt, however, is to be decided by investigators and in a court of law.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), unsurprisingly, did not want to wait for a proper investigation to be conducted and immediately took to social media to declare the ex-Marine a murderer.

On Twitter, AOC decided to take justice into her own hands, declaring, “Jordan Neely was murdered.”

“Jordan was houseless and crying for food,” she wrote, leaving out the part about his verbal threats.

NYC Mayor Eric Adams (D) then issued a statement on Neely’s death, properly remaining neutral as there is an active investigation into the matter.

Adams said,

“Any loss of life is tragic. There’s a lot we don’t know about what happened here, so I’m going to refrain from commenting further. However, we do know that there were serious mental health issues in play here, which is why our administration has made record investments in providing care to those who need it and getting people of [sic] the streets and the subways, and out of dangerous situations. And I need all elected officials and advocacy groups to join us in prioritizing getting people the care they need and not just allowing them to languish.”

This statement angered AOC, who inappropriately responded to the mayor saying, “This honestly feels like a new low: not being able to clearly condemn a public murder because the victim was of a social status some would deem ‘too low’ to care about. The last sentence is especially rich from an admin trying to cut the very services that could have helped him.”

Adams later appeared on “CNN Primetime” where he was asked to respond to AOC’s outrage.

The mayor condemned the congresswoman for jumping to the conclusion that the ex-Marine was a murderer before he was tried in a court of law.

“I don’t think that’s very responsible at a time when we’re still investigating the situation,” said Adams.

“Let’s let the DA conduct his investigation with the law enforcement officials, to really interfere with that is not the right thing to do. And I’m going to be responsible and allow them to do their job and allow them to determine what exactly happened here.”

Podcast host Tim Pool, however, is the top donor to this cause so far, donating an incredible $20,000.

Daniel Penny’s Legal Defense Fund

Daniel Penny is, a twenty-four-year-old college student and decorated Marine veteran, facing a criminal investigation stemming from him protecting individuals on a NYC subway train from an assailant who later died.

Funds are being raised to pay Mr. Penny’s legal fees incurred from any criminal charges filed and any future civil lawsuits that may arise, as well as expenses related to his defense.

All contributions are greatly appreciated. Any proceeds collected which exceed those necessary to cover Mr. Penny’s legal defense will be donated to a mental health advocacy program in New York City.
