BREAKING: Kim Jong Un’s ‘Best Friend’ Dennis Rodman Just BUSTED… It’s Really Bad

North Koran dictator Kim Jong Un’s “best friend” from America has quite the problem on his hands after he was busted over the weekend.

Former NBA star Dennis Rodman has been pushing hard to become the diplomatic link between the United States and North Korea as he’s become close friends with the dictator of the hermit kingdom that’s been threatening to nuke America for the past year. However, his chances of doing so became slim-to-none over the weekend, after he was arrested in California.

Just last month, Rodman opened up about his close relationship to ‘Lil Kim during an appearance on Steven Colbert’s late night show. According to Rodman, Un says that he doesn’t want war with the U.S., but he didn’t expound what exactly it is that he wants.

From the Daily Mail:

North Korea has made no secret of its plans to develop a missile capable of hitting the US mainland and has fired two missiles over Japan, putting Tokyo in range.

But Rodman doesn’t believe North Korea actually wants that.

Rodman says Kim told him a couple of years ago, during one of his five visits to the hermit nation since 2013, that the dictator said he doesn’t want war.

The former NBA star said that he believes he can help open up talks between the United States and North Korea.

‘I want to open the door so we have some communications.’

While he may have noble intentions – it’s hard to tell with Rodman because he’s a nut job – the odds of him ever becoming thee go-between for United States’ officials and North Korea’s dictator became exactly nil on Saturday night. Rodman was driving through Newport Beach, California around 11 p.m. when a police officer noticed something wasn’t right.

The officer proceeded to pull Rodman over, and when he was given field sobriety tests, he failed every one of them, TMZ reported.

Rodman was driving in Newport Beach Saturday at around 11 PM when cops pulled him over for a traffic violation. Cops administered a field sobriety test, which he flunked. He was handcuffed, put in a patrol car and taken to the police station.

We’re told Rodman was cooperative and submitted to a breathalyzer test, and he blew over the .08 legal limit.

Rodman remained in jail for 7 hours, and when police determined he was sober enough to care for himself he was released.

This isn’t Rodman’s first go around with a DUI arrest either. Back in 1999, he was also arrested for driving under the influence.

He was previously arrested for misdemeanor drunken driving and driving without a license on Dec. 22, 1999. For those offenses, he was fined $2,000 forced to undergo a three-month alcohol treatment program, according to CBS News.

In response to his latest arrest, a representative for Rodman said the former basketball star had been struggling with addiction for quite some time.

“Alcoholism has been a struggle on and off for Dennis the past 15 years,” adding he’s been going through some “tough personal issues.” The rep says he’s going to talk to Dennis about going back to rehab.

We certainly hope that Rodman heads back to rehab and sobers up. Addiction is nothing to joke about, and it can completely destroy a person’s life.

As for Rodman’s ambitious plan to save the world from nuclear war?

That ended at 11 p.m. Saturday night, since no country in their right mind would allow a habitual offender to represent it on the world stage.
