If there was ever any question as to what kind of domestic terrorists America is facing, it is Antifa.  All across the nation, Antifa and other liberal hate groups have been showing up at Conservative events to spread their hate for all things America. They have brought weapons and have used them against Conservatives as well as the police. But now a Harrisburg PA Police Horse gets attacked? Really?

On 6/10/17 1132 hours, Harrisburg Police were assisting with the Act For America Rally on the Capital steps of N 3rd & State Streets.  During this Rally part of the protestors moved from the capital steps north bound on N 3rd Street throughout the midtown area.  Multiple mounted PSP Troopers and Harrisburg Police were assisting with moving a large crowd from blocking the 1200 BLK of N 6th Street towards the sidewalk.

A PSP Corporal and his partner, horse Sampson, were attempting to move the crowd when the defendant, Lisa Simon , used a flag pole with a silver nail at the top of the pole to strike horse Sampson in the side of the neck.  Simon did this while obstructing the troopers from performing their duties to move the crowd onto the sidewalk.

Simon resisted Harrisburg Police officers from effecting a lawful arrest.  Both the PSP Corporal and horse Sampson were able to continue working with minimal injury.  She is being held with $100,000 bail.

A warrant is being requested for the following charges:  Aggravated Assault to Police, Taunting Police Animals, Prohibited Offensive Weapons, Obstruction to Law Enforcement Function, Resisting Arrest, and Disorderly Conduct

Antifa released a statement about Simon’s arrest alleging that the charges are “fabricated” and that Simon is a “political prisoner.”

“A comrade was arrested while trying to demonstrate against an anti-Muslim rally in Harrisburg, PA. The charges are entirely fabricated and do not reflect what actually happened during the incident,” the group wrote on Facebook. “The bail is set at an extraordinary $100,000. It is clear that this person is being held as a political prisoner, and we must make it known that we will not be intimidated by a militarized police, that we will remain resolute in standing by the values of our movement, and that we will continue to combat fascism wherever it attempts to spread.”

Antifa, which stands for “anti-fascist action,” is a network of loosely affiliated far-left anarchist and communist groups that orchestrate violent protests and attacks on populists, conservatives, and anyone else its members deem to be “fascists” or “Nazis.”

Antifa was formed originally in Germany in the 1980s, its members taking the name of the communist paramilitary groups that engaged the Nazis in street-fighting in the 1930s. It now has active cells across the world, including in Germany, the U.S., Canada, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Czechia, and France.
