Memorial Day in Baltimore was marred by shootings that left five people with gunshot wounds, according to the Baltimore Police Department.
Northern District Shooting
On May 30, 2016, at about 3:03 p.m., police were called to the 500 block of East 43rd Street for a reported shooting, involving multiple victims.
When officers arrived on the scene, they found five victims suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
Victim #1- is a 20 year- old male, Victim #2- is a 25 year-old male, Victim #3- is a 30 year-old male, Victim #4- is a 56 year-old female and Victim #5 – is a 59 year-old male.
Al of the victims sustained non-life threatening injuries.
Medics were summoned and transported all of the victims to area hospitals for treatment.
Citywide Shooting detectives were summoned to the location and assumed control of the investigation.
