A hazmat team was dispatched to cut the gas off to the pipeline. There was no explosion at a specific plant, rather the pipeline runs along a plant, APSO deputies say.

There were no reported injuries and no chemical released, just natural gas, officials say.

Deputies are asking for individuals to avoid the area for the time being.

WBRZ reported: The explosion was reportedly caused by a natural gas tank that caught on fire.
