Philadelphia is a tough place to go vote.

The conduct for which members of the New Black Panther Party were accused of voter intimidation took place on Election Day in November 2008, at a polling station in a predominantly black, Democratic voting district of Philadelphia.

Two members of the New Black Panther party, Minister King Samir Shabazz, and Jerry Jackson, stood in front of the entrance to the polling station in uniforms that have been described as military or paramilitary. Minister King Shabazz carried a billy club, and is reported to have pointed it at voters while both men shouted racial slurs, including phrases such as “white devil” and “you’re about to be ruled by the black man, cracker.”

Led by Shabazz, the Black Panthers violated the section of the Voting Rights Act that prohibits intimidation, coercion or threats against any person for voting or attempting to vote, according to the complaint filed by the feds in 2009 in U.S. District Court in Philadelphia. The DOJ also pursued an injunction preventing any future deployment of or display of weapons by Black Panther members at the entrance of a polling location.

But a few months later the Obama DOJ quietly dropped the charges and it all disappeared like a bad dream. What scumbags.

Well, now it looks like Philly has a new problem-VOTER FRAUD!

The city of Philadelphia is being sued in federal court for refusing to provide information about possible non-citizen voters, according to Free Beacon.

The Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF), a firm based out of Indiana, filed a lawsuit on April 4 on behalf of the American Civil Rights Union (ACRU), an Alexandria, Va.-based election integrity group, against the Philadelphia City Commissioners for their failure to respond to inquiries about voter roll maintenance.

The group says that for years the number of registered voters in Philadelphia nearly exceeded the number of people who are eligible to vote and that the city ranks among the highest in the state of Pennsylvania in this regard.

On Jan. 26, 2016, the ACRU invoked the National Voter Registration Act—which requires the city to allow an inspection of election records related to their voter registration and list maintenance programs—to request information on the tools they use to ensure that non-citizens are not contained on voter rolls.

“Based on our comparison of publicly available information published by the U.S. Census Bureau and the Federal Election Assistance Commission, your county is failing to comply with Section 8 of the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA),” the January notice reads. “Federal law requires election officials to conduct a reasonable effort to maintain voter registration lists free of dead voters, ineligible voters and voters that have moved away.”

Of course, the Philadelphia City Commissioners did not respond to a request for comment on the suit.

These are the sick tactics of the left. They are complete scumbags.

TRUMP 2016!

God Bless.
