South Korea stated that North Korea has been moving an ICBM at night towards it’s west coast, to avoid detection.

South Korea’s defense ministry, which warned on Monday that North Korea was ready to launch an ICBM at any time.

POTUS Donald Trump held calls with foreign leaders on Monday, including South Korean President Moon Jae-in and German Chancellor Angela Merkel, and the White House declared that “all options to address the North Korean threat are on the table”.

South Korea requested Washington to deploy aircraft carriers and strategic bombers to the Korean peninsula, and has been ramping up its own defenses in the meantime.

Moon and Trump agreed on Monday to scrap a warhead weight limit on South Korea’s missiles, South Korea’s presidential office said, enabling it to strike North Korea with greater force in the event of a military conflict. The White House said Trump gave “in-principle approval” to the move, Reuters reports.

“We believe the unlimited warhead payload will be useful in responding to North Korea’s nuclear and missile threats,” Defense Ministry spokesman Moon Sang-gyun told a briefing on Tuesday.

A  North Korean diplomat warned on Tuesday that his country is ready to send “more gift packages” to the United States as world powers struggled for a response to Pyongyang’s latest nuclear weapons test.

The North Korean ambassador to the United Nations in Geneva, conformed that the DPRK had successfully tested its 6th and largest nuclear bomb on Sunday.

“The recent self-defense measures by my country, DPRK, are a gift package addressed to none other than the United States. The United States will receive more gift-packages from my country as long as it relies on reckless provocations and futile attempts to put pressure on the DPRK.”~Han Tae Song

The U.N. believes the sanctions will continue to fail but will take money away from North Korea’s missile and military budget.

What a complete load of lies!  China and Iran have already been linked to North Korea’s ICBM technology as well as funding North Korea’s nuclear warheads and ICBM’s.

Sanctions have not and will never work on North Korea nor will they hurt them financially simply because the main finances come from China and China has no intentions of stopping trade with North Korea.

Diplomats have said the Security Council could consider banning North Korean textile exports, banishing its national airline and stopping supplies of oil to the government and military.

Other measures could include preventing North Koreans from working abroad and adding top officials to a blacklist aiming at imposing asset freezes and travel bans.

China accounted for 92 percent of North Korea’s trade in 2016, according to South Korea’s government.

Analysts and South Korean policymakers believe North Korea may test another weapon on or around Sept. 9, when it celebrates its founding day.

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un supervised the test of a new ballistic missile controlled by a precision guidance system and ordered the development of more powerful strategic weapons, the North’s official KCNA news agency reported on Tuesday.

“He expressed the conviction that it would make a greater leap forward in this spirit to send a bigger ‘gift package’ to the Yankees” in retaliation for American military provocation, KCNA quoted Kim as saying.

God Bless.
