NASCAR Legend Mark Martin Makes STUNNING Endorsement, Didn’t See This Coming

Mark Martin is widely known throughout the NASCAR world as one of the greatest drivers of our time, and on Monday, he used his influence in the racing scene to encourage people to vote for a particular candidate.

At a campaign event in Concord, North Carolina, Martin stood before an enthusiastic crowd to let them know that he only sees one way to fix our nation, we have to “Make America Great Again.”

Yeah, the world-class driver is officially throwing his weight behind Donald Trump, who he believes is most qualified to take on the numerous issues facing the country, MailOnline reported.

“Hey guys! Donald Trump has my vote,” Martin told the crowd at Cabarrus County Arena.

“Let’s bring those greatly needed jobs back to this country,” Martin continued. “And build that wall! Make America great again!”

At the event, which saw over 4,000 patriotic Americans in attendance, Trump happily accepted Martin’s endorsement while jokingly stating there’s one person he’s allow to do negotiations on his behalf – NASCAR CEO Brian France.

“Brian, you negotiate with Japan,” Trump exclaimed during the rally. “We’ll do just fine!”

France and Martin are two out of numerous people involved with NASCAR to come out in support of The Donald, including Bill Elliot and his son Chase, who recently took over the number 24 car driven by Jeff Gordon prior to his retirement last season. In states like North Carolina, the home of NASCAR, these endorsements for Trump mean a lot, especially considering the sport’s popularity across the south.

While grateful for their support, Trump admitted that he may rather bold when it comes to speaking out, but he couldn’t ever do what the fearless drivers in the sport do.

“Do those guys have guts?” Trump said. “I tried that once. I just couldn’t press down on that accelerator very much. I maybe got up to about 85.”

The actual impact of these endorsements remains to be seen; however, one thing is for certain – the Trump campaign appears to be gaining momentum as the GOP establishment ratchets up their attacks. With any kind of luck, that momentum will carry him all of the way to the general election, where he’ll easily hand a defeat to either Bernie Sanders, and avowed socialist, or Hillary Clinton, who couldn’t tell the truth even if it was to save her own mother.
