R.I.P.Brian Terry…

On the heels of a disastrous attempt to ban a common rifle ammo the Director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives commonly referred to as the ATF resigned as we reported. But that’s not the biggest news, considering who the replacement is!

The new acting Director is the Deputy Director Thomas Brandon, a 26-year veteran who was appointed Deputy Director for the ATF in 2011. Seems legit, right? Not so fast!

You see, Mr. Brandon was the person who determined disciplinary punishments for all of the ATF personnel involved in Fast and Furious! But NO ONE WAS PUNISHED! Not one single person was fired.

FAST AND FURIOUS was in short, a series of sting operations in the Tucson and Phoenix area where the ATF purposely allowed licensed firearms dealers to sell weapons to illegal straw buyers, hoping to track the guns to Mexican drug cartel leaders and arrest them.

But instead of tracking the guns the Feds lost them. This resulted in the deaths of U.S. Border Agent Brian Terry, I.C.E. Agent Jaime Zapata as well as an untold number of Mexicans who were murdered with the unlawfully trafficked firearms.

So, we have a man put into place to ‘hold down the fort’ until Obama And Holder and the rest of the people responsible fade into the sunset…
