It is with great sadness that we have to report that the body of a missing Florida woman has been found and police have identified a person of interest in her disappearance, authorities said Saturday.

Fox News reports that Jennifer Lynn Fulford, 56, was last seen leaving a Winter Park dental office Wednesday morning. Winter Park Police Chief Michael Deal told reporters that Scott Edward Nelson, 53, was caught on surveillance footage using Fulford’s ATM card in photos released by police Thursday.

Orlando Crimeline is offering a reward of up to $20,000 for information that leads police to Nelson.

“Update: 9/29/17. The photos have been edited to show the person of interest in this case. Please continue to share! Call the Winter Park Police Department at 407-644-1313 if you have any information or recognize this man! Please help and share this post.

This is my wife, Jen House Fulford. She went missing this morning, Sept 27th, around 9 am in Winter Park Florida. Her purse was found on the floor at her employer’s house where she works as a nanny.

Her boss called the police when she failed to pick up his son. She drives a 2014 Bronze Hyundai Santa Fe with Florida license plate# IKZB52.

Her first granddaughter was born today and she is not responding to any text or phone calls. She was planning to fly to Dallas tomorrow to meet her new grandchild.

She would never disappear like this. If you have any information about her please message me or contact the Winter Park Police Department at 407-644-1313. Her case number is 2017CJ015432. Please share this post.”

“This is not something that happens in the city of Winter Park,” Deal said at Saturday’s press conference.

Fulford’s husband, Robert, wrote on Facebook that his Jennifer’s purse was found on the floor of a house where she worked as nanny. Fulford’s employer called police Wednesday when she failed to pick up his child as scheduled.

On Thursday, police recovered Fulford’s Hyundai SUV. Investigators said they had found “valuable evidence” in the vehicle, but declined to elaborate.

“The vehicle is currently being processed for any forensic evidence that may assist us with this investigation,” said Lt. John Montgomery, with the Winter Park Police Department, reported.

“We have a lot of leads,” said Winter Park Police Chief Michael Deal. “We are doing canvases of neighborhoods and businesses looking for information, leads, video.”

Robert Fulford described his wife as a “very trusting and caring person, and I feel like someone took advantage of that.”

“It’s unbelievable that something like that could happen to someone that just exhibits joy all the time,” he told Fox 35 Orlando Friday.

Anyone with information about the case is asked to contact Winter Park Police Detective Paul Foster at 407-599-3274 or Crimeline at 407-423-TIPS (8477).

This is so sad and we send our condolences out to the family and friends.

God Bless.
