HUNY BADGER AMERICA’S FREEDOM FIGHTERS –

The Raiders running back remained seated on a cooler while eating a banana as his teammates and coaches stood during the national anthem prior to the team’s Saturday night preseason game against the Arizona Cardinals.

We are, as our Pledge of Allegiance reminds us, “one nation, under God, indivisible.” Not standing during our national anthem denigrates the very symbol of our indivisibility. Sitting or kneeling during our national anthem promotes division, not healing, and disrespects those that proudly wear the American flag on their sleeve as an emblem of what is good in this country.

He of all people should respect the flag of the greatest country in the world. Would he be making this kind of money somewhere else, or if we lost the wars and weren’t a free people? If he doesn’t respect the flag, maybe he should go elsewhere and see how he does there.

This breeds and endorses hate and racism and these moronic athletes fail to even see the very basic ideals of unity and one nation under God.

This is the trash that ruined the NFL for me last year and so long as the NFL continues to allow trash to disrespect and throw temper tantrums in the public spot light, all the while they demand bigger contracts with more money, that the AMERICAN PUBLIC PAYS FOR, I will never watch another NFL game.

I urge the United States citizens to acknowledge though they may have the right to do so, it is nothing more than promoting hate and discontent between races and has no place in our national sports.  Boycott and be extremely public about boycotting the NFL!

These pro sports players that make millions to play a sport for entertainment in the USA that disrespect our Nations flag and national anthem, need to wake up and get over themselves.

Raiders head coach Jack Del Rio told reporters after the game he was surprised by Lynch’s decision, and had a conversation with the veteran running back who had left the locker room before reporters were able to speak with him.

“He said, ‘This is something I have done for 11 years. It’s not a form of anything other than me being myself,’” Del Rio said. “I said, ‘So you understand how I feel, I very strongly believe in standing for the national anthem. But I respect you as a man and you can do your thing.”

“So, it’s a non-issue for me,” Del Rio added, noting that he didn’t think it would become a big distraction.

November 13, 2011 game between the Ravens and the Seahawks. Lynch, then on Seattle’s roster, is clearly seen standing during the national anthem.

Either Lynch has a serious problem with Math or he was not honest with the why he chooses to now sit during the national anthem.

A banana… LMAO.
