Obama Secretly SUED A Small Business, And The Reason Why Has People TICKED


The Obama administration recently set its sights on a small business in Minnesota with a lawsuit that happened under the radar, and people are not happy about the reason it all happened.

Just recently, Obama’s goons drafted a “decree” that threatens to strip federal funding from schools if they don’t cower to the transgender agenda, but apparently he had been acting to implement it prior to thrusting the issue into the national spotlight. A report from the Daily Caller reveals that the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission (EEOC) decided it was going to butt into the affairs of a private business after one of the company’s employees decided one day he was going to be a she then demanded everyone accommodate his new self.


When the company rejected the man’s mental illness, the EEOC stepped in to ensure that such thought crimes weren’t committed in the workplace, and the result reeks of Orwellian totalitarianism.

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) sued a private business for sex discrimination and harassment after a male employee — who announced he was switching genders to become a woman — was barred from using the women’s restroom and was referred to with male pronouns by his coworkers.

Deluxe Financial Services, a Minnesota-based company that helps small businesses with marketing, denied that it violated any anti-discrimination laws but agreed to settle the case for $115,000 in order to avoid further costs of litigation, according to the settlement agreement.


The male employee, who now goes by the name Britney Austin, publicly presented himself as male when he was hired by Deluxe Financial but later opted to begin identifying as a woman.

According to a press release from last summer — when the EEOC filed the lawsuit — Austin’s coworkers subjected him to a “hostile work environment,” such as “intentionally using the wrong gender pronouns to refer to [him].”

In response, Austin hired lawyer Jillian T. Weiss, whose law practice specializes in suing people for allegedly discriminating against transgenders, to team up with the EEOC against Deluxe Financial, seeking unspecified monetary damages.

The two parties arrived at a settlement in January 2016, requiring the company to shell out $115,000 to Austin and his attorneys within five days of the agreement.

Isn’t that nice? Now, I’m not aware of any employment laws that require businesses to accommodate those with gender dysphoria or face discrimination suits, but apparently the business found it easier to settle than to fight it. Why we don’t know, but it sure seemed like a good reason to fight.

In addition to the monetary settlement, the business is also forced to accommodate all transgendered employees in the future while ensuring that neither customers nor other employees engage in “prohibited behavior” against said transgenders. Deluxe Financial is also required to expunge Austin’s records and give him a “neutral” recommendation in the future.

You know, when personal choices, based upon the mental instability of gender confusion, become protected by law and the privacy rights of the vast majority are negated, society has officially reached the peak of insanity. Insanity aside, if the trans community really wanted to be accepted as “normal,” then they would actually start acting normal and leave other people alone.

You see, normal people don’t go out of their way to hurt someone else because they got their delicate feelings hurt. Normal people don’t bully others into accepting them, rather than moving along and finding accepting people. Normal people don’t demand that society adapt to fit their needs while knowing they make up less than .3 percent of the population, and normal people certainly don’t throw their sexuality and lifestyle choices in the faces of others in an attempt to “normalize” their otherwise abnormal behavior.

No, normal people don’t do any of this, yet the trans community does, then they turn around and wonder why people aren’t accepting of them. Well, it’s really simple – nobody cares about what you do as long as you do it quietly, and until you do learn to do it quietly, nobody is going to be accepting of you. It’s as easy as that.
