Hours after Biden announcing draconian and unconstitutional gun control measures we magically had 2 mass shootings take place.

That seems to happen quite often but this article isn’t about these shootings.

This article is about the attack against the Second Amendment and one state that is taking action.

ARIZONA.

Arizona is a beautiful part of the country that is unfortunately getting hit hard by Biden’s border policies.

They are being invaded by illegal aliens and the citizens need and are entitled to the ability to protect themselves and  Gov. Doug Ducey is taking action.

Duncan Smith at The National Sentinel reports that Arizona’s Republicans are working overtime to push back against encroaching Marxism pushed by their Democratic rivals.

Voting rights were under assault during the 2020 election and now Joe Biden and his tiny Democrat majority Congress are coming for guns — again.

Arizona’s GOP lawmakers and Gov. Doug Ducey are pushing back on both.

Ducey just signed into law a new measure that protects the Second Amendment rights of state residents as Biden is expected to sign new executive actions and Democrats in Congress eye gun bans.

Breitbart News reports:

Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey (R) signed legislation Tuesday to bar in-state enforcement of any federal firearm laws which violate the Second Amendment.

On March 31, 2021, Breitbart News reported the legislation, HB 2111, titled ‘2nd Amendment Firearm Freedom Act,’ had been passed by the Arizona House and Senate and was heading to Ducey’s desk.

The Associated Press notes that HB 2111 will ‘prohibit police and sheriffs from enforcing federal gun laws that violate the 2nd Amendment.’

Ducey signed the legislation Tuesday despite petitions against it from Mike Bloomberg-affiliated Everytown for Gun Safety.

The AZMirror reports:

“Gov. Doug Ducey signed a bill Tuesday evening that makes Arizona a “Second Amendment sanctuary” and bars law enforcement agencies in the Grand Canyon State from enforcing federal gun control measures, ignoring a last-minute plea from gun control groups urging him to veto it. 

…The bill, sponsored by Rep. Leo Biasiucci, R-Lake Havasu, makes it illegal for local governments, the state and employees to enforce or cooperate with any federal law, act, treaty, rule or regulation that is “inconsistent with any law of this state regarding the regulation of firearms.” 

The bill passed along party lines in the legislature. 

That’s right! HB211 bars Arizona law enforcement from enforcing unconstitutional 2nd amendment infringements put in place by any federal body that violate any state rights to firearms already on the books. This would include the executive orders by Joe Biden. Many are now calling Arizona a 2nd Amendment Sanctuary State and hoping that their states will follow suit.

Other states are considering similar measures including Missouri, where one county in the southwest portion of the state has already passed an ordinance prohibiting law enforcement from enforcing unconstitutional gun laws, which include gun bans.

Republicans are pushing back against Biden’s encroaching Marxism as they must.

Look, sadly Biden is definitely showing signs of dementia.

This means that Kamala Harris will step in and we can only expect EVERYTHING to go to hell.

We seriously have a war going on and it’s not a war we can afford to lose.

As citizens we are limited to calling and writing our representatives to express the urgency of the radical agenda and how it is imperative that these people get off their asses and take action.

If they are complacent America will be destroyed.
