OUTRAGEOUS: Marine Corps Base Under Fire For THIS “Extremely Offensive” Sign…

A civil rights watchdog group is crying foul over a “GOD BLESS THE MILITARY” sign on the Marine base in Kaneohe, Hawaii claiming the display violates the U.S. Constitution.

The Military Religious Freedom Foundation sent a message to Marine Corps Base Hawaii commanding officer Col. Sean C. Killeen asking that the sign – which says “God bless the military, their families and the civilians who work with them” – be moved to the chapel grounds or removed from the base.

How can anyone find this offensive? Why do people like this have to constantly try to cause trouble? It’s unbelievable.

The nonprofit advocacy group says that the sign is a “brazen violation” of the Establishment Clause of the Constitution, which forbids the government from promoting one religion over another.

The group complains that the sign “sends the clear message that your installation gives preference to those who hold religious beliefs over those who do not.”

To them I say- STUFF A SOCK IN IT!
