As the liberal media attempted to paint the narrative of an imploding Republican Party with the rise of Donald Trump, they seem to be completely ignoring the massive civil war on the Democrat side of things, which has been fueled by DNC chair Debbie Wasserman-Schultz. After months of infighting for the party, she just received some horrible news from its voters.

It’s no secret that Bernie Sanders feels as if he’s been cheated throughout the process and he lies the blame for the underhanded shenanigans at the feet of Wasserman-Schultz, who has been accused of “rigging” the primaries to ensure a win for Hillary Clinton. The feud between the pair has been heating up for some time, and now Sanders and his supporters have basically declared war on their party.

According to a report from Fox News, several petitions have been started calling for the ouster of Wasserman-Schultz as the DNC chair. While petitions may not be anything newsworthy, what is worth talking about is just how many people are getting on board with the idea.

So far there’s been three separate petitions started, all of which have come from “liberal groups,” and combined they have more than 200,000 signatures supporting them. The devastating news for Wasserman-Schultz comes at the same time that Sanders has publicly stated he’s endorsing her primary opponent in the upcoming Florida elections, Tim Canova, and telling CNN that he would remove her as the DNC chair if elected president.

Wasserman-Schultz has come under fire for intentionally scheduling Democrat debates for times nobody would watch them – like weekend nights – and giving “unfair weight to superdelegates” in an effort to tilt the primary in her favor.

While it’s really no shock that Wasserman-Shultz isn’t liked by voters, it is surprising to see them standing up against the party and fighting back, especially considering that the left has always been good about falling in line behind their candidate. Regardless, it spells good news for presumptive GOP nominee Donald Trump, who’s leading the latest national polling against Hillary Clinton after analysts predicted he never had a shot.
