Outspoken Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) has begun a class-action lawsuit against President Barack Obama’s National Security Agency (NSA) over the unconstitutional spying on the American citizens Americas Freedom Fighters has learned tonight.

Paul appeared in an exclusive interview with host Eric Bolling on FOX News to discuss this lawsuit which Rand will file as an individual and not as a U.S.Senator. A ‘class-action’ lawsuit will be an effective ‘grassroots’ way for the American people to come together against Obama and the NSA.
