New details have emerged in the Corey Lewandowski/Michelle Fields case that should blow the former Breitbart reporter’s claims of being ‘assaulted’ by Trump’s campaign manager out of the water!

A Secret Service agent, who spoke with Daily Mail on the condition of anonymity, has revealed that the reporter was warned several times that she was getting too close to the presidential candidate. In fact, she actually made physical contact with Trump at least twice and was warned to stop prior to Trump’s campaign manager stepping in to prevent contact.

“She crossed in between agents and our protectee (Trump) after being told not to,” said the agent, who was present when the incident occurred at Trump’s March 8 press conference at the Trump National Golf Course in Jupiter, Florida.

After Lewandowski was arrested, Trump posted images on social media of Fields making physical contact just moments before Lewandowski stepped in.

“Why is this reporter touching me as I leave news conference?” Trump asks. “What is in her hand?”

‘Victory press conference was over. Why is she allowed to grab me and shout questions? Can I press charges?’ Trump tweeted.

As you can see in the photo above, Trump was clearly moving his arm away from Fields.

Trump also pointed out that once Fields found out that Trump’s facility had tape of the incident, she changed her story.

Trump has claimed that Lewandowski was maligned by the charge and that he will not be firing his top campaign lieutenant, calling him “a good guy.”

“The easiest thing” to do, he said, would be to say, ”’Corey, you’re fired.’ I can’t do that. Can’t do it.”

“He’s got a beautiful wife and children,” Trump said of Lewandowski, “and I’m not gonna destroy a man for that.”

Trump spokeswoman Katrina Pierson told CNN that the reporter “crossed the threshold of the Secret Service,” suggesting what could be a defense for Lewandowski during a hearing scheduled for May 4, Conservative Tribune reports.

The Secret Service agent’s comment definitely makes Fields’ case a little more difficult to prove, as she apparently crossed boundaries after she was warned to step back.

What do you think about this case?

Personally, I say CASE CLOSED! Actually, from what I see, this lady should be charged with filing a false report and get sued for libel.
