SICK: Black Thugs KICK Out 74 Year-Old From Basketball Games After He Does THIS… You Will Be TICKED!

Here’s a story that will piss you off!

America’s Freedom Fighters recently reported that Amid the controversy surrounding the National Anthem, a story has emerged about a Muslim basketball player that has the blood of patriotic Americans boiling.

The story was brought to light by Todd Starnes of Fox News, and it involves a 19-year-old Muslim man by the name of Rasool Samir, who attends the local community college in Garden City, Kansas. Earlier this month, when the school’s team, the Garden City Broncbusters, was about to play a home game, Samir decided to do the unthinkable as the National Anthem played in the coliseum – shoot baskets in the middle of the court.

74-year-old Jim Howard, of Garden City, Kansas is a red-blooded, American patriot and a faithful supporter of the athletic program at the local community college.

For 32 years he’s volunteered with the booster club – keeping scorebooks, holding fundraisers, running the chain gang for football – and even providing a place for players to have a Thanksgiving meal.

He was in the stands on Nov. 1 for the season-opener of the Garden City Broncbusters basketball team. And when the announcer asked everyone to stand for the national anthem, he dutifully joined the crowd and stood at attention.

That’s when he noticed a lone player seated on a bench at courtside – Rasool Samir, a 19-year-old Muslim red-shirt.

Apparently the team has a rule that all players should stay inside of the locker room until the Anthem is finished playing. But Samir disregarded the rule and stayed on the court.

That’s when things took the enraging turn.

But as the crowd began singing about the bombs bursting in air and the rocket’s red glare, the Muslim basketball player grabbed a ball, walked onto the court and began shooting baskets.

“It was an ‘in your face slam,’” [Howard] said.

So like any patriotic American would have done, Howard walked right onto the court and confronted the little sh-t head.

“I walked onto the floor and I told the guy he should respect the flag and if he’s not going to respect the flag, he should get off the court and get out of the gym,” Mr. Howard told the Todd Starnes Show.

“You should respect the flag. If you don’t respect the flag, just stay seated. Don’t make a big scene,” he said. “At least respect the people that paid for your scholarship to get you on this campus – like myself and everyone else in that gym.”

Apparently, the confrontation became so heated that a police officer had to break it up. Samir was escorted off of the court and Howard returned to his seat, only to receive a standing ovation for what he had done.

Well,  the 74-year-old basketball fan was booted from the community college booster club because of the incident.

However, the story doesn’t end there. In the days after the incident, Samir was released from the team as punishment, and wouldn’t you know it, the ACLU stepped in to give him victim status.

The Kansas chapter of the ACLU fired off a letter to the community college demanding answers and claiming that Samir’s constitutional rights were violated.

“He refrained from participating in the national anthem because he is a Muslim and his faith prohibits acts of reverence to anything but God,” the ACLU wrote in a letter to the school.

Well, if that’s the case, why didn’t Samir stay inside the locker room with the rest of the team during the national anthem?

“Samir was engaged in protected First Amendment activity when he declined to observe the national anthem,” the ACLU wrote. “Moreover, Samir’s objection was motivated by his religious beliefs and thus, was protected on free speech exercise grounds.”

ToddStarnes  at Fox News has more:

The Garden City Telegram obtained a copy of a letter written by the college’s attorney – noting “a decision may subsequently be made by the appropriate prosecutor whether battery, assault or disorderly conduct charges should be filed” against Mr. Howard.

He says there was no physical contact – just a close-contact, heated conversation.

It’s ironic that a fan who was defending the national anthem could face disorderly conduct charges while the player who disrupted the national anthem does not.

As for 19-year-old Mr. Samir – he’s no longer on the basketball team – and it’s not quite clear whether he was kicked off the team or if he resigned.

Neither the school, its athletic department nor the booster club returned my messages seeking comment.

Starnes says that if  Mr. Howard should he be arrested, he told him he would be honored to post his bail.

Hell yeah!
