When the jury announced their “NOT GUILTY verdict Thursday evening, in the trial of Jose Garcia Zarate, also known as Juan Francisco López-Sánchez, the nation was stunned and furious. Now even more stunning revelations have come forth about the jurors who served in the trial.

The jury who professed to believe Kate Steinle’s illegal alien murderer with a violent history with 7 different felony convictions who had already previously been deported some FIVE times just happened to “accidentally” shoot #KateSteinle while in possession of an illegal firearm. The illegal alien from Mexico shot and killed Kate Steinle as she walked on a San Francisco pier with her father on July 1, 2015. Steinle pleaded with her father to not let her die, but she soon passed away in her father’s arms.

Zarate had just finished serving jail time for illegal re-entry into the United States and was taken to San Francisco’s jail in March 2015, where he faced a charge for selling marijuana 20 years earlier. San Francisco is a sanctuary city and the sheriff’s department chose to drop the marijuana charge and set Zarate free, ignoring a detainer ICE had against him for deportation.
Yet NONE of this information about Zarate’s immigration status and his many prior deportations was allowed to be discussed in the trial. The jury that found 32-year-old Kate Steinle’s illegal alien killer not guilty of first and second-degree murder or negligent homicide was not sequestered and was stacked with millennial Americans, including some legal immigrants.

“Six men and six women — three of whom are immigrants — will decide the fate of Jose Ines Garcia Zarate. The jury is a cross-section of today’s San Francisco. It includes at least two tech workers, most jurors appear to be in their 20s and 30s. Their educational degrees range from Ph.D.’s to high school diplomas.”

The article described the jury as “a cross-section of today’s San Francisco” where the foreign-born population is more than 30% of the overall county population.

The Mercury News goes on to report that it was unknown which countries the three immigrants were from, but it stated that the jury “will not be sequestered.” During the jury selection process, the presiding judge simply “cautioned them not to read news reports about the shooting or do any research about it.”

Six men and six women — three of whom are immigrants — will decide the fate of Jose Ines Garcia Zarate, who allegedly shot 32-year-old Steinle while she was sitting with her father on San Francisco’s Pier 14 in July 2015. Five alternate jurors, four men and one woman, were also chosen on Wednesday.

The case quickly became a national political issue, with Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump and other conservatives using it as an argument for tougher border security and against “sanctuary cities.” Garcia Zarate was released from a San Francisco jail three months before the shooting, instead of being deported, because the city’s sanctuary city policy prevented officials from discussing his status with federal immigration authorities.

“We are very pleased with the jury,” said Matt Gonzalez, the lead defense lawyer in the case and the chief attorney of the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office. “We have such great diversity built in in San Francisco and I think we have a jury that understands a lot of the concerns about the defendant receiving a fair trial.”

Gonzalez did not say which countries the three immigrant jurors are from. But he said at least one of the jurors speaks Spanish.

Zarate stated in testimony that he relocated to San Fransisco specifically because of its sanctuary policies. Since Steinle was murdered in 2015 the state of California has made the radical decision to become a sanctuary state in defiance of federal immigration policy. This allows free reign for illegal aliens to roam as they please flouting the laws of the United States without fear of detainment or deportation by federal immigration officials. ICE has committed to deporting Zarate for the sixth time, however, many Americans wonder if he will simply slip back over American borders in defiance of our laws and just who has to die in order for it to matter. How many American citizens must pay the price?

Kate Steinle’s needless and senseless murder has infuriated Americans across the nation a grassroots movement of pro-American immigration reformers working side by side with what are known as Angel Parents – those family members of Americans killed by illegal aliens. They are demanding immigration policies that work in the American public’s interests not that of illegal aliens who have shown contempt for our laws in coming here without permission or invitation.

California does NOT represent America and many Americans are sick to death of them trying to dictate to the rest of us when they cannot even seem to manage their own affairs.
